But now Ling Zhenfei didn't need to think too much, as the vegetables were still within the province, so using passenger transport every morning was still barely manageable.
The speed of building the greenhouses had significantly increased, but worker training and other aspects still needed ti, so now Xishan Manor was already experiencing supply issues.
Especially with the resignation of Old Master Sun, no one knew who his successor would be or whether they would be capable of taking on this heavy burden.
Chen Qian left Xishan Manor thinking about whether there would be any chaos there.
As Ling Zhenfei was thinking, Jiang Hui had already hailed a taxi, and the two of them got in and headed straight to International Plaza.
International Plaza was indeed in the center of the Provincial City, an excellent location surrounded by tall buildings. Amid these skyscrapers, having such a good place for cultivation was bound to be profitable.
The shops in International Plaza were nurous and diverse, and the place was teeming with people. It would be surprising if it didn't make money.
Ling Zhenfei felt a tinge of excitent. If a restaurant, especially one like Xishan Manor, were opened here, it would undoubtedly thrive.
The restaurant was on the top floor of International Plaza, which wasn't very high, just about seven or eight floors, but the environnt was absolutely great, with windows providing a view of the pedestrian street outside.
Ling Zhenfei walked around the top floor, where there were so specialty restaurants, and since it was noon, there were many people dining.
He saw a sign at one restaurant's entrance that read "Exclusive Vegetables from Xishan Manor."
Seeing the na of Xishan Manor gave him a sense of familiarity, so Ling Zhenfei and Jiang Hui went in to order so food.
Next to the restaurant was a very large area that was originally very bustling, but the gate was closed, leaving its status unknown.
After ordering a few dishes, they waited for the food. Just then, Ling Zhenfei's phone suddenly rang. When he looked at the na on the screen, he was very surprised to see it was Ma Long calling.
He had just been thinking about Ma Long and was surprised to receive a call from him so soon.
"Hello, Young Master Ma."
Ma Long laughed, "Mr. Ling, I believe you are at International Plaza in the Provincial City right now."
Ling Zhenfei was slightly taken aback, "Did you send soone to follow ?"
Ma Long hurriedly said, "Mr. Ling, don't be so alard. Who would follow you? Do you think I'm a spy? You ca to my territory, and if I didn't know about it, that would be pretty incompetent of ."
Ling Zhenfei pondered for a mont and found Ma Long's words to be reasonable. It seed that he and Jiang Hui had been recognized as soon as they arrived.
But being recognized was not a big deal for Ling Zhenfei. He hadn't planned to hide, he wasn't a fugitive, and he needed to live his life.
"Yes, I am at International Plaza. Is there a reason for your call?" asked Ling Zhenfei.
Ma Long said, "Yes, you should have noticed the area on the top floor. It's the best spot in the entire plaza, with a beautiful view. If we cooperate, that could be the location for Xi Shan Restaurant."
Ling Zhenfei was surprised. Ma Long's offer to set aside that spot for Xi Shan Restaurant showed his high regard for the restaurant, although it was sowhat small.
Compared to the Xi Shan Restaurant in Binyang, it was quite underwhelming, and even with beautiful decor, it lacked grandeur.
"It's a good spot, but it feels a bit small—doesn't quite et my expectations," said Ling Zhenfei honestly.
Ma Long beca slightly anxious and said, "That spot isn't small at all. You have only seen the outside; the interior is quite spacious. It's also connected to the tower, which has a complete revolving restaurant."
"But in my vision, Xi Shan Restaurant should be independent, like the one in Binyang. So it's not quite what I had in mind."
Ma Long said, "Let's wait until you've seen it before drawing conclusions. Hold on, I'll arrange for soone to show you around."
After saying that, Ma Long hung up, seemingly arranging for soone to take Ling Zhenfei on a tour.
At this point, the dishes they ordered had arrived, and while eating Xishan Manor's vegetables, Ling Zhenfei felt much more at ease though the cooking was a bit lacking.
"Not bad, but not as tasty as your cooking," said Jiang Hui with a chuckle.
"Do you think opening a Xi Shan Restaurant next to this one would be a good idea?"
Jiang Hui replied, "Let's wait until we've seen it. It might actually be very nice inside."
After finishing their al and paying the bill, they headed out and were greeted by a young woman at the entrance.
She was in her twenties, wearing a professional won's suit that made her look very capable. She greeted them only after they had co out, without disturbing their al.
"Hello, Mr. Ling. I'm Lin ng, the manager here, and Director Ma asked to show you around our East Area."
Ling Zhenfei was a bit surprised by the manager nad Lin ng; clearly, she had been waiting for them to finish their al before approaching them without interruption—a good sense of etiquette for a manager.
"Alright, Manager Lin, please show us around," said Ling Zhenfei.
"This way, Mr. Ling," said Lin ng as she led Ling Zhenfei and Jiang Hui toward the unopen area.
As they walked, Lin ng explained the features of the surrounding areas, such as the number of office buildings and consur levels.
Lin ng clearly knew who Ling Zhenfei was but didn't show much surprise, maintaining a calm deanor throughout.
Upon entering the area, they saw that the space inside was much larger than it appeared from outside due to the building's irregular shape, which expanded its interior space.
What surprised Ling Zhenfei the most was the tower Ma Long had ntioned.
International Plaza had a tower with a circular structure at the top that could serve as a rotating restaurant. The tower was connected to the East Area via a skybridge.
This imdiately caught Ling Zhenfei's attention. The location and surroundings were excellent, especially the skybridge flanked by large glass windows on both sides.
Dining on the skybridge would be an incredible experience, making the tower and skybridge a compelling addition to the place.
Satisfied, Ling Zhenfei said to Lin ng, "This is indeed great. If those two parts can be included, it is acceptable."
Lin ng smiled, "I'm glad you like it. Director Ma gave us strict orders—if you weren't satisfied, I'd be in big trouble."
"You can tell Ma Long that I am very pleased with this location," said Ling Zhenfei.
