Davis appeared before the crystal statue of the Frostcloud Sword Empress and saw that Nadia and the others were simply covered in a barrier. Seeing that they were safe as Nadia waved at him, he told her to trust him with his gaze, to which she nodded before he turned to look back.
"Wait here." He spoke to Ellia and the others, but Myria simply blinked.
"No."
"..." Davis shrugged, "Only I was invited."
"Why do you think I ca here? Get in. I want to confirm sothing."
Myria demanded, causing Davis to blink. How was he supposed to get her in? An idea popped up in his head as he extended his hand out.
"Perhaps, if you grab my hand, you will be pulled in with ?"
Myria glanced at his palm and then looked back at his face that faked innocence, "Are you trying to get yourself killed?"
"Haha." Davis chuckled as he raised his hands, "I was found out trying to take advantage. It seems like there is nothing I can do to take Fairy Myria inside."
"Hold on..." Myria looked at him, her brows frowning.
However, she walked and appeared before him, raising her hand before she grabbed hold of his sleeve.

For a mont, Davis was dumbstruck as he suddenly found Myria adorable. Although her expression was cold as ever, there was a glimr of change in her limpid eyes. However, he quickly ca out of his reverie and nodded.
"This might do."
He turned around and respectfully cupped his hands, "Frostcloud Sword Empress, I have arrived upon your request. Free my people and take in along with my friend who wants to et you for so important reason."
"We have an additional guest? Mhm... interesting~"
A cold voice resounded with amusent, stunning the people who were watching the Emperor of Death from a distance.
Did one of his won really win the inheritance!? They were filled with shock.
At this mont, the barrier blocking Nadia and the others were lifted. Simultaneously, two more barriers were lifted, and Niel Bladeheart and Yuren walked out of it, causing Davis to look at them.
"Congratulations, Emperor of Death. Your Tanya has proved herself to be one of a kind by obtaining this inheritance."
Davis smiled, "Thank you, Niel Bladeheart. You can address by my na."
Feeling the sharper and icy aura radiating from Niel Bladeheart, for a mont, he couldn't understand how Tanya beat him. He was curious to see her.
"Will do." Niel Bladeheart nodded, "Now then, I'll have to go solidify my gains while it's still fresh in my mind, so I'll take my leave from here."

Davis gestured when he suddenly disappeared from the scene along with Myria and Pia.
Only Ellia and Mystic Diviner Hailac remained, who greeted Niel Bladeheart before he left. As for their group, they joined up with Nadia and the others, discussing what could possibly be going on inside the inheritance space.
Inside the inheritance space, Davis's eyes were wide as he looked at his icy beauties. He couldn't recognize the warmth of their aura at all.
Had sothing been done to them?
However, the mont they swiveled their heads and caught sight of him, that coldness dissipated like being ignited and burst apart as their warmth covered him from top to bottom, filling his soul.

Davis was just astonished by the Frostcloud Sword Empress's response when he heard Natalya inform by his side.
"Husband, the Frostcloud Sword Empress is one of the previous Guardians of the Aurora Cloud Gate."

Davis was again given a shock as he turned to stare at Natalya. Even Myria went slightly wide-eyed.
This Frostcloud Sword Empress was an Immortal Emperor and possessed the sa status as Saintess Lunaria and the other six Guardians?
Seeing that Natalya wasn't joking, he returned his gaze to the Frostcloud Sword Empress and cupped his hands again.

"Relax, young one." The Frostcloud Sword Empress's tone turned warm, "I haven't brought you here to harm you. I brought you here to check how co all three of your won had an affinity with my sword art when I thought the compatibility was supposed to be abysmal when I created this inheritance. Myria and everyone else turned to look at him. Why was he needlessly provoking her now?

The Frostcloud Empress had her brows raised. She didn't reply for so ti, causing Davis to feel that he had definitely offended her with his arrogant words just now, but he heard her speak.

"So you're a Guardian of our Aurora Cloud Gate." At this mont, Myria stepped forward and raised her hand, "Very well. Since you have your senses watching over this territory, explain to what's going on with the Unfettered Ice Fiends. Their behavior is erratic, and I can't find their leader in their ranks; that is their main body. I believe you should have so answers even without having to check, no?"
Myria brought out her status plate, and upon seeing it, the Frostcloud Sword Empress's eyes shot wide. Her limped sapphire eyes teared up suddenly, a hint of nostalgia causing her brows to quiver.
"Junior sister. Has master still not ascended yet?"
"..." Myria blinked twice.
Junior sister? Master? Was that ant to address Saintess Lunaria?
In that case, realizing the implication, her brows couldn't help quiver as this also ant that the Frostcloud Sword Empress was most likely a Divergent!
