Rea Tyriel's eyes flashed as her cheeks slightly beca red. However, she didn't say anything and raised her hand, light energy concentrating in front of her palm before she shot at a nearby Unfettered Ice Fiend that poked its head out.
The Unfettered Ice Fiend's eyes went dull as it fell, and the light grazed its head, leaving behind a gaping wound that spilled blood.
"..."
However, Rea Tyriel clearly saw that it wasn't her energy that killed that Unfettered Ice Fiend.
"... Lunar Flare!"
Becoming incensed, her body flared with imnse lunar light, abruptly shooting in multiple directions like a solar flare. It even zig-zagged past Davis, causing his blonde hair to wave in mid-air, but he stayed still, his sapphire eyes appearing as composed as ever, yet there was a deathly glint seeping out of his pupils.
The area was already corrupted with death energy, seamlessly swimming around the freezing tunnel, penetrating each and every Unfettered Ice Fiend that was still hiding, unaware that they were going to die without even knowing how.
However, that was not how they were dying at this mont, as it was a re facade to fool soone.
"You... how are you doing this...!?"
Rea Tyriel saw that each Unfettered Ice Fiend she targeted using her Lunar Flare Technique was killed before she could even get to them. By the ti the light energy was halfway bursting through kiloters, the Unfettered Ice Fiends simply lost support over their spines and fell like they were puppets controlled by a string.
And indeed, Davis's fingers flickered at this mont.
He pulled many invisible strings apart, breaking nurous soul threads that karmically connected the many Unfettered Ice Fiends. They were all split from an Unfettered Gargantuan Ice Fiend, so there was bound to be one main body.
The thing was, he had already found it hidden deep in the cave with his senses, so by tracing its karmic lines, he was instantly able to kill these Unfettered Ice Fiends using basic karmic soul force. The strange thing was, the main body that controlled these Unfettered Ice Fiends was unable to find how he was killing its puppets, becoming shocked.
Nonetheless, Davis didn't kill it and kept taking advantage of the two parties, continuing to kill the Unfettered Ice Fiends in droves.
They fell apart and fell so as the light energy pierced them, albeit late.
Receiving no reply, Rea Tyriel was livid. She saw that her light energy hadn't killed a single Unfettered Ice Fiend while his kills used death energy assumably as she could slightly sense the death energy floating in the air reached hundreds every second. Before she knew it, there were a few hundred carcasses littered over the pathway.
The Unfettered Ice Fiend army located in this intersection was decimated in a short few seconds just like that, causing her eyes to tremble.
"You..."
Rea Tyriel was unable to believe how powerful he was.
Despite being a Level Seven Soul Immortal Stage Cultivator, his prowess reached Level Three Immortal King Stage! Was this the true extent of his strength? "..." Rea Tyriel's cheeks beca crimson as she felt humiliated.
She was feeling the embarrassnt of issuing such a challenge to him.

Rea Tyriel wished there was soplace to hide, but she knew that she couldn't just leave, or that would even lead to greater embarrassnt that she would rather commit suicide than experience.
Taking a deep breath, she decided to be graceful about it.
"Fine, you win. I won't embarrass myself anymore. The four thousand carcasses behind are yours."
"Oh?" Davis turned to look at her, his expression solemn, "Are you sure that I haven't spent a massive amount of energy to be faster than you? There's still a lot of Unfettered Ice Fiends waiting for us to reap their lives."
"You're doing this on purpose, aren't you?" Rea Tyriel clenched her teeth.
She wondered if he was playing tricks on her mind to be asking this question. If he was acting again like before, then she knew he was definitely setting up a trap for her, a trap to teach her a lesson by utterly humiliating her in this ga.
"People either get to be my allies or my enemies. You're not a clueless and innocent mortal to be neutral and yapping off your mouth without concern, so choose who you want to be. If you want to be my ally, then learn to respect my won. They're not my playthings for you to demand that you could discipline them."
Saying so coldly, Davis launched himself towards the distance, rushing past an entire coast of Unfettered Ice Fiends. Their icy claws stretched, and their bodies jutted out of their hiding places, launching themselves at him at full speed.
It seed like they didn't plan to give him any chance, striking with hundreds of them at a single ti.
However, Davis's steps changed, and his figure eerily disappeared and reappeared in mid-air. Using the Ghost Tear Hall's movent technique, the Hateless Ghost Emperor Steps, he shifted between many Unfettered Ice Fiends like a specter, passing through the minute crevices existing between their tall bodies as he appeared before an Unfettered Ice Fiend.
This Unfettered Ice Fiend possessed the sa Level Two Immortal King Stage undulations. However, it reacted differently than the other Unfettered Ice Fiends, appearing scared as it raised its arms.
"Die!"
Davis's eyes flashed as he sliced across space with his hand.
Raw physical power exploded as Davis cut off its arms that were the size of a tree with a slice of his palm and reappeared before its face, clenching his first before punching right through its skull and making a bloody ss out of it as blood splattered all over the face.
At the sa ti, he executed it with his karmic energy, disallowing it to escape into another one of its bodies.
Instantly, the Unfettered Ice Fiends chasing him from behind abruptly ca to a stop as though soone had suddenly grasped them before inevitably falling to the icy floor face first as they created massive thuds that echoed across the tunnel.
"..."
Rea Tyriel was shaken over this scene, now knowing how he eliminated the main body amidst thousands of Unfettered Ice Fiends. However, she could see a few of them still standing, slowly retreating as they appeared to be wary and angered by Davis.
"Failed to protect your sibling, huh? Don't worry. You'll all get the sa treatnt soon enough."
Davis looked at those Level Three Immortal King Stage Unfettered Ice Fiends, his smile becoming deeper as his figure slowly disappeared.
