After so ti, the two Great Ancestors beca sober and left. It was unknown if soone had heard their conversation since they were alone, but they didn't care.
The inheritors, who shared a basic amount of respect for each other, also bid farewell.
Soon, the Earth Dragon Clan's flying ship soared into the skies and warped out with imnse speed, quickly leaving the West Fire Phoenix Prefecture.
"Look at them run like we're going to backstab them or sothing..."

Second inheritor Hirona and third inheritor Sierra exchanged a bit of giggle, their huge bosoms visibly shaking under the stuffed expressions of the Grand Elders. The Patriarch also looked at them, blinking before turning to look at Great Ancestor Zenfla who appeared contemplative.
He walked to the two female inheritors and began to discuss with them through soul transmission.
"Respected inheritors, do you two have any opinion on how we should proceed from now on?"
Hirona turned to look at him and cupped her hands.
"First inheritor Zenfla, we respect you to offer any kind of opinion, but if I may so offer, then I think we should not depend on the fourth inheritor and try to bring the Fire Phoenix Clan glory ourselves. If possible, I wouldn't want her to get involved as she has yet to live to give birth to a few legacies like us."
Great Ancestor Zenfla nodded but turned to look at Sierra.
"What does third inheritor think?"
"I don't have any objections over the fourth inheritor joining to help us, but I do think that she is way younger than us and deserves to live her life than spend the rest of the ten years cultivating as high as she could. That's not a good way to go out if she were to die. As the senior sister, I can't tolerate such harm befalling my cheery junior sister."
"True." Hirona's expression beca complicated, her brows frowning, "Unfortunately, she got the short end of the stick by being one of the last inheritors to appear."
Looking at the two female inheritors sympathizing with the fourth inheritor, Great Ancestor Zenfla couldn't help but wryly smile. It seed that the fourth inheritor was rather good at socializing? He shook his head.

"Aha. Inheritors, I wonder what you three were talking about?"
Suddenly, a person walked to their side. It was none other than Patriarch Killian Zenfla, causing the three of them to smile.
"Not much. We're discussing which direction to take our Fire Phoenix Clan. Be on the offensive side or defensive side."
Hirona lightly answered while Great Ancestor Zenfla blinked.
"Patriarch, forgive for not including you from the beginning. Where are my manners?"

Patriarch Killian Zenfla had a blatant smile on his face as he spoke like he was a subordinate, causing the three inheritors to smile. Just as they thought that at least the Patriarch had the wits to listen to them, their smiles suddenly faded.

Patriarch Killian Zenfla still kept a blatant smile on his face. However, it beca more eerie and creepy as his lips curled more.
"You said so yourself. I, as the Patriarch, must prioritize the safety and prosperity of the clan rather than giving importance to a single woman or a… man… like you!"
