Tegon Zenfla made a dumbfounded expression with his phoenix face as he saw a minuscule object abruptly elongate and enlarge to engulf Rai Zenfla within.
It grew into a five-hundred-ter-tall palace with ice phoenix patterns carved onto its outer walls. It was the most splendid structure that he had ever placed his eyes on in a long ti, and it stood at the center of the undulating skies.
The palace had not existed a few monts prior. It was as though it had materialized out of thin air, causing him to revel in its sudden impact.
The ice phoenix pattern carved into its outer walls glimred faintly in the light as though surrounded by icy blue flas, revealing its immaculate beauty.
It was a marvelous sculpture of ice, but Tegon Zenfla had no ti to gawk over its elegance but beca shocked at the missing Rai Zenfla instead. He instantly realized that the other party was trapped inside, causing him to screech at the skies as a phoenix cry resounded from his beak.
Intense scarlet flas surged from his body as he spread his magnificent phoenix wings and began flying toward the palace in the sky. He intended to save Rai Zenfla, flapping his wings at the palace as tornadoes of scarlet fla waves whistled through the air and struck it.
However, none of his phoenix flas managed to make a hole, much less a dent, or even dirty the palace's walls, for that matter, causing his expression to turn unsightly.
It was an Immortal Emperor Grade palace, making it so that Rai Zenfla was truly trapped inside!
Realizing the implications, he quickly turned around and flew into the distance, abandoning everything, for he knew that their plan had failed. If he didn't make his escape, perhaps he would also be engulfed by that powerful palace or even arrested by the Aurora Cloud Gate's Law Enforcent.
"…?"
But at this mont, he suddenly stopped as he saw a congregation of people appearing above the skies, causing his expression to stiffen in both fear and joy.

Rai Zenfla scread atop his lungs as he constantly shook his head, his eyes rolling to back every now and then.
He was impaled to the door, and the nurous, thin, icy lights around him that were swords constantly pierced through the surface of his skin, making him experience imnse pain as though thousands of knives were carving him apart.
There was almost a crimson lake forming underneath his impaled figure. He had lost a ton of blood, but the vitality of an Immortal King was amazing, constantly rejuvenating the blood without end. His injuries were also quickly healing, but despite that, for every one wound that closed, tens were made, making life a living hell for him at the mont.
Tanya had her hand reached out, controlling the killing formation with focus. If she so wished, she could end Rai Zenfla's life anyti, but with how he was a nuisance to their family, she took her ti making him feel the word regret.
Looking at Tanya torture Rai Zenfla, Davis couldn't help but derive imnse pleasure. It was the sa thing she did to the Unfettered Gargantuan Ice Fiend. However, the screams of Rai Zenfla were music to his ears, and his expression turning miserable and pleading every now and then was a sight to see.
He couldn't help but chuckle, thinking that a smart genius who hadn't experienced hardship was just a teenager who would fold at the slightest hint of pain, except Rai Zenfla was sowhat holding out, although he looked as though he was going to give up anyti.
"Husband, can I kill him?"
Tanya suddenly sent him a soul transmission, causing him to turn to look at her.
"Personal feelings aside, it's hard to decide since I want to soulscour him and know what's the Fire Phoenix Clan really thinking and if it was just his sole decision to commit this act or a command of the Fire Phoenix Clan."
"True. I want Mingzhi to kill him to let her untie the knot in her heart."
Tanya responded, causing Davis's sapphire eyes to gleam.
"Tanya, that's a good idea. Thank you for being concerned."
"There's no need for thanks. We're won who have promised an eternity with you together, aren't we?"
"Either we grow together or fall together."
"Yes~"
Davis nodded to Tanya's sentints, causing her to give a resounding reply. She twisted her hands and burst forth as a wave of icy swords shot from her own hands. Thousands of icy swords ford and stabbed a certain part of Rai Zenfla, causing him to throw his head and scream out loud.
"AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!"
Thousands of icy swords stabbed his privates one after another. Due to his physical prowess, his thing was able to hold, but after thousands of swords finally made a bloody opening, the next icy sword stabbed, and within a few seconds, it was mutilated beyond compare, causing him to faint.
Davis felt a chill seep into his heart, but scoffing as he knew that Rai Zenfla deserved it, he closed his eyes.
"Nadia, ask Mingzhi if she wants to kill Rai Zenfla. We've trapped him."
He contacted Nadia through their soul connection, waiting for her reply. Within a few seconds, he heard Mingzhi contact him through a ssage talisman.
"Davis, I don't know what's going on, but I implore you. Make minceat out of him and feed him to Nadia. Don't let him leave alive or be arrested, and I ask of you this, knowing the fact that it could worsen things between the Fire Phoenix Clan and us. Forgive for being selfish, but that bastard has crossed my bottom line. We... cannot live under the sa sky...!"
Mingzhi's words resounded with a vengeful tone, causing Davis to smile.
"Then it shall be done."
A sigh of relief echoed from the other side, "Thank you."
"You heard her… don't act like you're still unconscious."
Davis kept the ssaging talisman inside his spatial ring and returned his gaze toward Rai Zenfla, whose expression suddenly twitched ever so lightly.
"Tanya, make a minceat out of him."
"Wait!!! Wait…! I apologize! I'll tell! I'll tell you everything! Let go! Please…!"
Davis told Tanya as she nodded, but then Rai Zenfla scread out loud.
Rai Zenfla was still impaled, but he reacted as though his life was in imnse danger, causing copious amounts of blood to flow out. He struggled as tears poured out of his eyes, and there was no longer the willful or mocking look that he possessed but an expression that said that he was pitiful and a victim.

Davis didn't know if this was another ploy of his, but he was about to open his mouth when suddenly, the palace shook from an explosion!
"Emperor of Death, release Rai Zenfla and handover Zahara. They're both important people to our clan, so if anything happens to their lives, consider that you have completely offended us!"
"Immortal Emperors!"
Mistress Yeyin's gaze shook as she spoke out loud.
From their words, it was clear that they were from the Fire Phoenix Clan. However, did they trespass the borders to co here?
In that case, Davis and the others quickly felt that this was going to beco a huge issue.
