Cien Bladeheart nodded satisfactorily before he continued, "You see, my son, Niel Bladeheart, is quite the rebel, not wanting to listen to our words as he ends up following his own path, which is good as long as he surpasses us in the end but at the sa ti, that child doesn't know what the real cultivation world is."

Davis smirked, appearing happy as he didn't expect to have an additional card to protect his people before he left for soplace, only the heavens knew where.
If all it took was for him to protect Niel Bladeheart during an expedition, then he would do it for free based on the fact that they were fellow disciples and no enmity between them, much less when there's a delicious deal of having two Peak Immortal Emperors under his beck and call for a single ti.

Cien Bladeheart shook his head with a light smile before his expression turned solemn.
"However, you should never, not even speak a single word about this to my son. Otherwise, he would be disheartened that we didn't believe him when all we want is to be alive so improvents can be made the next day. Cien Bladeheart couldn't tell what it ant other than there was another aning behind his sentence, but nevertheless, he nodded, and both he and his wife cupped their hands before they disappeared, not even leaving behind a strand of their hair as they vanished before his eyes.
It was only later that Davis checked the walls and confird these two traversed across a tiny hole in the wall, imperceptible unless he filled his entire soul sense within the room and made it expand to get across the sword pressure in this tiny hole that essentially ford a wall-like structure of its own.

Coming out of his reverie, Davis was once again full of amazent when he thought about Niel Bladeheart's parents.
They were too powerful, perhaps on par with the Guardians themselves or slightly weaker together.
Either way, he was glad he could have their help when needed.
After all, he could not be sure if Saintess Lunaria would keep to her promise to him or even accidentally forget about it in her quest to quench her wild side of wanting to research Everlight for comprehension of Life laws.
Nonetheless, thinking about Niel Bladeheart's parents also made him worried about his own.
Were they safe and sound? Were they still worrying heavily over his death, or didn't even notice?
He hoped that they didn't notice, for they could live peacefully for so ti without any headaches, not knowing his father had already ascended and endured a world of hurt before he was saved because of his action to grasp onto the opportunity given to him by Niel Bladeheart's parents.
Shaking his head, he descended to the group, wanting to set out to gain more treasures!
