His brows twitched as he ca to find an anomaly that twisted the space around it ever so lightly, making him understand that these two disciples had already set preparations to hunt this feral beast down, and he was the one intruding in their hunt.

Davis chuckled and launched himself in a direction.
But this ti, he wasn't going towards the feral beast or the two Beast Autarch Upper Realm's geniuses whom he was very interested in as he wanted their beast-taming arts. Instead, he shot towards the formation they planted around what appeared to be its hunting ground as there were fleshly remains of feral beasts within, appearing before it.

The Moltenscale Dragon was so exquisite and overwhelmingly powerful that even the Azure Dragon Upper Realm's Rath Heavenshade wouldn't dare to fight head-on, for he would be simply crushed or incinerated under its terrifying flas.
However, it was stupid.

Abruptly, the formation core activated as soon as the stupidly giant dragon stepped into the range of the formation.
A giant attractive force erged in the form of a spatial vortex, pulling everything closer around a few-kiloter radius.
Davis also felt this massive, attractive force, although he appeared to have gained enough distance that the force that was pulling was not much.

However, the Moltenscale Dragon let out a surprised cry and slamd into the ground where the trapping formation pulled on it.

At the sa ti, nurous chains made up of earth energy erupted out of the ground and, as though putting out the flas, wrapped around the Moltenscale Dragon.
*Puchi~* But it didn't stop there as a massive ice crystal lance pierced through its head and burst into a star on both sides, leaving it unable to open its mouth.
"Woah…"
Davis couldn't help but raise his brows in astonishnt.
He knew he was inadequate as he didn't find the presence of another formation layered within the trapping formation. It was a killing formation that restricted the opponent's movent with earth-attributed chains and struck with an ice-attributed crystal lance that had imnse piercing power.
'Wait… that's not a formation…'
Davis didn't sense a second core even after the killing formation's activation. However, he found the burning remains of two talismans, presumably a sealing talisman and an offensive talisman. Both appeared to be at the High-Level Immortal Emperor Grade as they gave off undulations at that level, which ant that these were talismans that they found in so inheritances.
Still, he saw that the Moltenscale Dragon only had its long head pierced, its mouth sealed, while the chains restricted its giant body.
It struggled as it tried to extend its small wings, but try as it may, it seed to be unable to break out.
'What a deadly formation…'
Davis could see that their placing of the talismans was deliberate and dynamic. Even if the Moltenscale Dragon had approached the trap from another direction, the result would've been the sa as the trapping formation seed to be capable of holding talismans and sending them to activate in the right place.

Davis inwardly nodded before he raised his hand, dark crimson flas erupted from his fingertips, forming a swirling, sinister inferno that danced and flickered with an unholy intensity. These flas cast distorted, nightmarish shadows across the burned terrain, adding to the extre heat that had already gathered.
At the sa ti, a tempest of crimson-jade winds spun around the flas without snuffing them out, moving through the air like serpents as they created an otherworldly sphere of fire and wind.
Davis threw this annihilative revolving fire and wind at the feral beast.
However, instead of falling on the beast, it fell on the icy star lance that sealed the dragon's mouth.

The mont his attack fell, the ice began lting steadily, causing the dragon's eyes to widen. Its eyes then narrowed, appearing to be waiting for the ice to lt so that it could open its jaws and force itself out.
"Good day to you, Beast Autarch Upper Realm's disciples."
Even without turning back, Davis could sense that their faces were unsightly as he could sense the disturbance in their auras. They were no longer even trying to suppress their undulations, appearing to want to tear him apart.

However, Davis was unapologetic in his actions. He waved his hand as giant crescent moon-like crimson-jade blades appeared as they swung in circles around each other without coming into contact, causing the air to be filled with jade-colored sparks in their wake.

Davis's voice was full of warning as he glared at them with wide eyes.
His undulations made the two Beast Autarch Upper Realm's disciples shudder as they ca to possess a bad feeling about this situation.
"What do you want?"
One of them opened their mouth with a sore voice, causing Davis to inwardly smirk as he knew for a fact that these youngsters knew of his capacity for carnage.
