He rembered the Reincarnation Dinsion, so he guessed it might be possible that the Nether Dinsion represents sothing and has to accommodate its representation, so a bunch of rules to support its existence would be ford naturally.
Otherwise, Davis didn't think sothing like the reincarnation cycle could exist as its existence itself was contradictory to the experience of life and death for a soul.

Davis raised his brows, appearing solemn, "So, do you want to co with or not, Nyoran? We don't have much ti."
"I will co with you, of course."
"Perfect!" Davis smiled.
"But…" Nyoran pouted, "I also want to be at Queen Nadija's side when she needs , especially at this ti when she is morally forced to obey the clan's whims."
