Isabella leaped towards a rock and shot up with a single kick. She flipped in the air and landed on the edge of the peak, almost slipping as the ground shook and rocks fell into the cliff behind her.
She looked towards the forest sprawling before her. Perhaps, entering the forest would allow her to escape by hiding in the shadows of the big trees but with her leg having been severed, she didn't think she could reach far enough.
Her left leg bled, and her other leg spasd.
Her energy wouldn't circulate properly in her right leg any more as the Earth Dragon's Overlord Rush completely overstrained her ridian pathways. It would take so ti for her to return to normal, so if she strained herself anymore, her right leg could inflate and burst.
It was only because her body was tempered by Emperor-Tiered Blood, and perhaps Davis's chaos energy was able to handle such strain and even the dark lightning sphere for a split second.
Nonetheless, a person with a Level Three Immortal King prowess escaping a person having Level One Immortal Emperor prowess was almost unheard of.
Despite her bleak situation, it couldn't help but bring quite an amount of pride to her heart.
She turned her body around to look behind and saw Girias and Harmon catching up with her, remaining on the rocks below as they looked up at her. Although she looked like she had the upper hand by standing on the high ground, the truth was that she was going to be caught by them.
However, Girias and Harmon were confused, wondering why she stopped there and didn't use the Escape Talisman.
They knew Isabella only needed a split second to activate the Escape Talisman and disappear from the scene, so they didn't think they could take her down before that. However, her stopping here also gave a chance for them to kill her, so they thought they could take advantage of that.
"What's wrong? Looking for your left leg? Unfortunately, it burned to a crisp, hehe~"
Girias chuckled in a sinister tone, wanting to provoke her so that she would lose her mind instead of staying calm and activating the Escape Talisman.

Isabella stood on one leg. The left leg that was severed finally stopped bleeding as she tightened her muscles and put a lid on them with earth energy. It was nothing more than a patch up work but her body's natural healing ability stemming from the Earth Dragon's blood was also high, causing it to reform cells already.
If she had been an Earth Dragon or a fey, she would've already recovered her energy.
Nonetheless, the process was too slow as the remnant energy from the dark lightning still burned her cells, disallowing her to heal.
She didn't have a healing pill either, as her spatial ring was taken away, so there was literally no chance for her to regenerate her leg at the mont unless she found so kind of healing user who happened to be her ally.
Isabella's lips curled into a mocking smile, "How incompetent do you have to be as a man to let a woman with suppressed cultivation getaway? Are you sure you're not the one on the receiving end of the bed?"
"…"
Girias' brows narrowed but he still smiled, "Seems like the Earth Dragon Empress's mouth is dirty enough to take too many long sticks."
"I wouldn't know considering you're the one opening your mouth wide every ti you laugh as though you have a mouthful of jewels."
"What the fuck?" Girias was stupefied, his image of the infallible woman before him changing, "Are you even refined and regal enough to be called an Empress? Such a coarse tongue you have!"

Isabella barely concealed a blush at this ti. She didn't know why she even said that to counter him but imagined that it was Mingzhi's influence. Her dirty talk had gotten to her but she doubled down, her eyes full of contempt.
"I don't know. I might have been corrupted by the Divine Emperor of Death, as you all say, evil and sinful, so I thought, why not just reveal my true self?"
"Ha!" Girias scoffed, "So you really have fallen. Now the world knows I was right in taking the ti to trap you and finish you once and for all."
"Are you even capable? Perhaps that man over there might be capable, but you— tsk, tsk."
Isabella clicked her tongue as she gestured at Harmon before shaking her head ruefully as though pitying him.
Girias' expression went cold.
He didn't think he needed to endure this any longer when he had the upper hand.
But suddenly, ice winds swooped down in the area, causing the landscape to turn into ice. A white-robed woman appeared beside Isabella from nowhere, manifesting a cascade of icy flas that descended down and blotted out the land.
Girias and Harmon hurriedly dodged. Harmon even retreated further as he sensed it coming, but they were partially frozen under the sweeping cold air.
Their movents turned slow, and their reaction ti significantly lowered.
Level Eight Immortal King Beast undulations spread from these attacks. It was piercingly cold yet burning and the density of the energy was far more higher, shocking Girias and Harmon as they couldn't believe it ca from a magical beast.
However, they sensed sothing belatedly. They recognized that this aura belonged to a King-Tier Beast.
The next mont, a frosty inferno glowed above them, smashing down in waves as they burned them alive, turning them into ashes. The resulting devastation left an icy mountain in the area, the air having chilled like winter had been present for too long.
All of this happened in two seconds, not giving the two n ample ti to run away. Their avatars had collapsed into icy ashes on the spot.
"Sorry, I was late." A lodious voice resounded.
"It's not your fault. It's my fault for not concealing myself when I'm suppressed and biding my ti to gather with allies like you, Yeyin. I was too arrogant~"
Isabella smiled. Her smile and voice were sweet, as though she didn't feel any pain from the severed leg.
Yeyin pursed her lips, her expression appearing slightly guilty as she saw Isabella's state.
