Davis was startled to hear the Celestial Transcendent's distant voice.

The dark crimson clouds swirled, inviting sothing new as the clouds parted, making space for terrifying purple-black clouds to descend. These purple-black clouds descended and continued to expand, actually overwhelming the dark crimson clouds.
Davis could feel the annihilative aspect of these clouds, becoming much more blaring and ruinous. However, he saw that it was different from the Divine Punishnt Tribulation. It was less intimidating than a Divine Punishnt Tribulation that may be able to take him out.
At least, he didn't feel the sa pressure as back then when the four from the future appeared, although it may have just been a case of divine lightning matching their powers.
"So this is the instant retribution for refining heavenly yin or heavenly yang…"
Davis's lips curled as he rose from the heavenly water, believing if he had faced this tribulation at that ti, it wouldn't have gone well.
Fortunately, he listened to the World Master's advice and didn't refine heavenly yin.
