*Wraaaaaa!*
The Abhorrent Fire Elental roared with a guttural scream, its form was a swirling inferno, shaped vaguely like a lion with multiple tongues of fla whipping out like serpents from its body. The skies above cracked from the heat distortion, while the ground beneath turned into molten slag, bubbling and sinking into the fractured crust of the Shard Region.
Davis and the others arrived in a fire-attributed Shard Region that was marked as the Molten Rays Shard Region.
Here, an Abhorrent Fire Elental appeared before them, blocking their path.
Lucian stepped forward, his golden robes and blonde hair fluttering despite the stillness of his posture. His golden eyes glead, and flas slowly coiled from his fingertips like reverent wisps responding to a deity’s command.
"Leave it to , father," Lucian said, his voice calm but resonant, like a sun slowly rising over a battlefield.
The others backed away instinctively. Even Davis gave a nod of approval, but kept his senses sharp in case the elental had hidden tricks. But he supposed he was looking too much into it since these were berserk Wills that had gathered together after a long period of staying in the elental atmosphere.
It appeared to be a special phenonon in the Shard Worlds.
*Wssh~*
Lucian raised his hand, and a corona of golden fire ignited behind him. It appeared like a solid solar ring with apocalyptic runes spinning within it, like a blazing eye watching the heavens burn.
The Abhorrent Fire Elental lunged almost instantly as Lucian started.
But before it could cover the distance, Lucian stepped forward and in that instant, a pillar of golden flas erupted from the ground below the elental, consuming it in divine fury. The skies howled, space trembled, and fire t fire, but there was no contest.
*Wriiiiiiiiiiii!*
The Abhorrent Fire Elental wailed without a mouth, its chaotic fla essence trying to reform. But Lucian’s flas weren’t ordinary.
His golden flas were extrely destructive, churning out from his Solar Apocalypse Physique.
His flas didn’t just burn the Abhorrent Fire Elental. They erased elental Will, devoured its mixed spiritual echoes, and cleansed its existence with a sun’s final breath. In seconds, the Abhorrent Fire Elental thrashed, cracked, and then shattered into charred flakes of nothingness, its embers spiraling upward like black butterflies before vanishing.
Silence returned to the shattered molten terrain. Then, the ground beneath Lucian hardened, his flas retreating obediently.
He turned back without much excitent in his face, "Let’s move."
Davis gave him a brief look, his gaze unreadable, but nodded, "Good control."
The spirits following them and the spirits of the region exchanged glances of awe. The mbers of this human group casually lifted their hands, and anything in their path was destroyed.
Particularly, this young man, who seed to have only showcased a base prowess that was eight levels higher, took down an Abhorrent Fla Elental that was at Level Four Empyrean Spirit Stage. That shouldn’t be possible, but because of his fiery physique, the elental atmosphere here raised his base prowess by three levels, making him reach eleven levels easily.
It was incredulous when he wasn’t even a spirit, but the fire elent here was so accommodating to him. Or was it his physique that forcefully made the fire elental atmosphere obey him?
They couldn’t tell.
"Ah, a Fla Essence Orb!"
Suddenly, Eterna spotted a fiery pearl-like sphere lying on the ground. It exuded a pure fire essence, shocking her since she had heard that Essence Orbs at the Empyrean Grade were really hard to form. It was very difficult for one to form in the Upper Realms, so she was shocked to find one, her lips moving.
"As expected of the Elental Dinsion, so many good things to be found, but we ca late..." She pouted, thinking it ruined all the fun.
"Well, defeating an Abhorrent Elental is really hard," Davis explained, "These strange lifeforms apparently form near the peak of the shard limit, so it’s extrely difficult to defeat one. For the spirits living here, it could be said to be a calamitous event."
"That’s true." An elder from the Fallen Rakshasa Shard Region spoke up, "When a Darkness Abhorrent Elental appears, the Fallen Greater One would take care of it easily. But for other fragnts, that wouldn’t be the case. If they’re unlucky and don’t have a powerful force, they will all die. They would have no choice but to escape to other fragnts since these Abhorrent Elentals can’t survive in other elental atmospheres."
"This young warrior’s golden flas are truly terrifying. The Abhorrent Elental could be said to contain a trendous amount of energy, which makes killing it extrely difficult, but his flas instantly eroded them. I dare not approach or offend this young warrior."
A fla spirit uttered from the side. It belonged to this region, and when it looked at him, its gaze was full of fear.
Lucian rubbed the bridge of his nose in embarrassnt. Naturally, any fla spirit would be afraid of his destructive flas. It was a given.
’Except for elder sister Calypsea, I guess... she’ll try to devour for the ninety-ninth ti as though she hadn’t tried it before...’ Thinking to himself, he inwardly laughed.
If Calypsea spotted him, she would demand that he offer his flas as snacks. He would have no other choice but to generate a pure concentration of golden flas to satisfy her, but it would end up leaving him destitute with nearly no energy left in his system.
He walked over to Eterna, who handed over the Fire Essence Orb to him, but he patted her shoulder.
"You can have it, elder sister."
"Really?" Eterna jumped, flashing a lovely smile, "There’s no taking it back, little brother."
"Take it. The energy and purity inside it should allow you to form a Mutated Supre Immortal Rune, Crest, and Sigil."
"Thank you so much!~ You’re the best, little brother~"
Eterna jumped and tried to hug him tight.
Lucian shook. He was quickly embarrassed, trying to get Eterna off him.
Celestia simply put her hand over her forehead. Her elder sister was such a tease, always bullying Lucian. But she smiled, knowing she couldn’t help but also want to see him give funny reactions since he was now posing to be a calm and collected man.
Lucian fled to the front and called out, "Let’s go."
Davis, Evelynn, and Myria were simply satisfied watching their children have fun. They mostly let the children deal with the problems that ca ahead. As long as the opponent wasn’t too powerful, they didn’t move a single finger other than use their aura.
Nonetheless, they pressed forward, moving across many Shard Regions, bidding farewell to the spirits who decided to stay in the Shard Regions they crossed through if the spirits found them to their liking.
The spirits were mostly good to them, all because Isabella and the others chose to trade with them instead of attacking and plundering their tribes. They entered the tribe’s Treasury. If they couldn’t trade, they took tasks like killing Abhorrent Elentals or sothing they couldn’t deal with, and earned it for themselves, truly treating it as an adventure.
Davis could only shake his head, but he was glad that they had fun.
They kept on moving, finally arriving at a High-Level Shard Region.
Although this one wasn’t connected to the Shard Continent, it was also equally dangerous, minus the huge amount of Primarch Grade resources, because energy wasn’t leaking into this Shard Region from the Shard Continent.
Here, Davis finally saw a high number of supre geniuses at the beginning of this region.
"Run!"
The supre geniuses were like rats running upon seeing a human. They didn’t dare to stay in his line of sight. However, a few of them stayed in his vision, so Davis turned to look at them, his brows raising up.
"It’s you, Ralaza Heavenshade."
