He never knew Oga Exalts, Absolute Primarchs, or Primal Exalt Beasts were so powerful. They were comparable to True Deities as long as they possessed a battle prowess that was four levels higher.
His mind flowed with many thoughts before he was taken aback.
The difference between Level Nine Empyrean Stage to Level One Exalt Stage was ten levels higher. However, the difference between Level Nine Exalt Stage and Level One True Deity Stage was only eleven levels higher.
Still, this was not a huge issue in his mind since gaining prowess in the Exalt Stage was incredibly hard, and each level was wide enough for cultivation to last hundreds of millions of years if they just relied on Transcendent Crystals.
With a single level encompassing a vast chasm, it was not strange that the level difference between stages didn't expand to a high degree.
Regardless, he noticed that since Oga Exalts gain double the prowess as a normal or an Alpha Exalt, they wouldn't lose out to True Deities even as their levels keep increasing.
He guessed that they had the sa progression as True Deities when it ca to strength. In other words, as long as they are an Oga Exalt that possesses four levels of strength, then even in the Level Nine Oga Exalt Stage, they would still be comparable to Level Nine True Deities.
This also ans the energy requirents for Oga Exalts to progress would be insane, not to ntion many other factors he couldn't think of.
His gaze fell on Fairy Qiyra Darkstar, his sapphire eyes blinking innocently, "Are you a Level One Oga Exalt?"
"You could say so."
"How long have you been in this level?"
"As long as I can rember." Qiyra Darkstar's voice was as lodious as it was cold and ruthless.

Davis raised his hand and pald his mouth. He looked away, wondering how freaking long it would take him to reach that kind of level when he was already comparable to a Mid Stage Exalt with just his base prowess alone.
Could he even reach the Exalt Stage in these Three Layers?
From what Fairy Qiyra Darkstar said, he recalled that she had entered the Prival Universe Ruins since she indicated that she found the replica of the Necklace of Light and Darkness there.

The normal layer limit is sowhere between Level Seventeen and Level Eighteen Exalt Stage, and the absolute layer limit is sowhere between Level Twenty Five and Level Six Seven Exalt Stage, which is also considered to be between Level Three and Level Four True Deity Stage."

Davis nodded, thinking he would not be able to beco an Exalt in the Second Layer. He didn't particularly feel disappointed since he already knew it would be like this.
"That ans your prowess is five or six levels higher, but then how are you remaining here without breaking the layer limit? If a Level One Oga Exalt's battling prowess starts at Level Twelve Exalt, wouldn't that an you only have a prowess of two levels higher since an Oga Exalt gains double the prowess of an Exalt with each increase in prowess?"
Qiyra Darkstar simply raised her hand again, showing off the plain ring in her hand.
"Wearing it takes its toll. In one way, I'm sealed by it."

"I'm at Level Three Oga Exalt Stage with a battle prowess that's four levels higher, but with the ring's passive ability, I make it so that I'm Level One and also suppress my physique's prowess. What is real is not real while I wear it. This- is an exception to the rule."

Calculating their true prowess was already hard, but now, with the usage of the replica of the Necklace of Light and Darkness, it was even more confusing.

Qiyra Darkstar narrowed her eyes at him, knowing how powerful he was since he could stand against a True Deity without lowering his head as a re Level One Empyrean. Even a snort should've killed him, but he stood through their battles' shockwaves as though he was already an Exalt at a high level.
"On the other hand, even with my initial evaluation, you- don't seem so simple. Master wants to make it up to you, but you have made such a ss. I'm not sure what she's going to say about it."

Illumina also looked stunned. It was the first ti she had heard about Utmost Laws. However, she knew about its existence beforehand, knowing it was taboo to discuss, although it wouldn't particularly harm Exalt-level characters since they were powerful enough to near it but not capable enough to grasp it.
