Davis went speechless.
How can a Primarch be like this? His image of Primarch-level characters was falling apart. Even earlier, he managed to kill them like he was killing ants.
It was kind of troubling since in the cultivation world, just one level of absolute difference from the opponent could an death in a single strike. These individual Primarchs, whether they were rogue cultivators or subordinates to a higher power, not to ntion having lived for millions of years, simply weren't able to match his speed and strength.
He was aware he was too powerful, but he felt Exalts and Primarchs were existences rarely ever seen, even in Upper Realms, since Myria didn't et any during the ti she lived, but here, they were present in droves.
It seems like ninety percent of these higher-stage cultivators spread throughout the entire realm had truly assembled in the Twelve Bastion Cities. He didn't think it was that far-fetched initially, but considering living under the Ethereal Lumina Tree truly seed refreshing and fruitful, as resources wouldn't dwindle here as long as they cultivated the lands and continued producing livestock, he could understand.
Not counting the war, the rampage by the magical beasts and other powers in a bid to plunder resources and consolidate their powers was also a major factor in causing the denizens of this realm to gather here. Hence, the number of Primarch-level cultivators was also high!
This made him a bit disappointed.
Just a year ago, he would have been scared of facing such cultivators, but it was no longer the case.
Nonetheless, he looked at the handso fatty in a speechless manner.
Considering this person had lived for a long ti, a hundred wives was a small matter when it ca to n who liked won a damn lot, but what he was worried about was whether he managed to protect all of them.
Just by a matter of probability, one or two of them should have long died from assassinations, wars, internal conflicts, cultivation accidents, tribulations, jealousy between won, or simply old age if they failed to break through.
Even his friends were no exception to this rule.
Yet this fatty spoke about his wives with an almost carefree confidence of taking the hundredth wife, as though they were all still living peacefully under his care.
Davis narrowed his eyes.
Since the fatty didn't seem irresponsible to him, he guessed this fellow was much more capable than he looked. However, he couldn't be careless enough to ask it, nor did he feel that close yet.
The handso fatty suddenly shivered before raising his hand defensively.
"Brother Dragon, don't look at like that. I know what you're thinking."
"Oh?" Davis raised a brow.
"You think I'm irresponsible?" The handso fatty snorted, "But let tell you sothing. A man with one wife can be a fool. A man with ten wives can still be a fool. But a man with a hundred wives who are all still alive and willing to stay with him…"
He proudly raised his chin.
"That man is the proudest supre fool."
"…"
Davis truly beca speechless.
The subordinates behind the handso fatty all nodded with solemn expressions as though they had heard so heavenly scripture. They all followed their boss, and their families were also with him, living with great unity.
"Hehem, I ant that man is the truest supre genius, not only dominating in cultivation but also deeply charming to yin. In this regard, not many could compare to . If I have to say anyone has overco , there would be a few, but at a lower cultivation base, I guess it would only be the Divine Emperor of Death. That Divergent is truly profound for him to be able to attract yin despite the danger that goes with him. I admire that part of him, but if I find out that he is mind-controlling them with his Enigmatic Heart Laws… tsk, tsk…"
The handso fatty sneered and raised his hands, "I will personally see to it that I crush him within my palms."
He struck his two hands and created a reverberating smacking sound, causing Davis's ears to rumble as though he had been given the death knell.
Fortunately, he had done no such thing.
Davis blew his white hair that swayed to the back and front of his head from the force of the clap, "Heh, why do you keep ntioning that weakling? All he can do is anger the heavens. As long as he can be hunted down, this desolate era will end."
The handso fatty narrowed his eyes at Dragon's words.
"Weakling?" He looked amused. "Brother Dragon, you really dare to speak boldly. If the Divine Emperor of Death is a weakling, then most of the younger generation should just kill themselves and reincarnate early."
Davis chuckled lightly, secretly liking talking about himself as though he wasn't what he was.
He sneered, "Still, a person who can only run around while being hunted by the heavens and Heaven's Warriors is not worth my attention."
"Hah! That's because you just woke up from so kind of ancient entombed mini-realm and don't understand."
The handso fatty suddenly leaned back slightly and crossed his arms.
"That Divergent's growth speed is monstrous. A few years ago, he was rely causing chaos in another Anarchic Divergent's realm as a mortal cultivator. Then he entered the Lower Realms and overturned half the powers there. Not long after, he escaped Heaven's Warriors, Venerable Knights, and the Celestial Transcendent multiple tis. Now, there are even rumors that he can fight a Primarch just after having reached the Empyrean Stage and being declared the first Desolate Divergent to co into existence right in this realm. Can you understand the sheer incredulity of that?"
The more he spoke, the brighter his eyes beca.
"Do you know what that ans?"
Davis calmly looked back at him, "Obviously, it ans the fall of the human race."
"Maybe. He didn't declare any bad intentions for humans, but what I ant to say was that it ans that he's already a Realm Breaker kind of like existence."
"Realm Breaker…" Davis recalled this term from Rioxys Plu's grandfather.
Realm Breakers were those who managed to comprehend Utmost Laws through so kind of miracle or divergence, sothing which may break or ignore the laws of the universe, allowing a lower-stage cultivator to deal or defeat a higher-stage cultivator in the sa step, aning, a mortal could harm a Ninth Stage cultivator and an Immortal could harm an Exalt as long as the right conditions and factors appear.
His Will, after comprehending Level Three Obscure Intent of Enigmatic Heart Laws, State of Divine Possession, was one such example.
