Holy shit. Three thousand points. I’d been so focused on surviving day-to-day that I hadn’t realized how much I’d accumulated. Eleven days and ten hours of life. Almost two weeks before I’d start dying again.
For the first ti since arriving in this fucked-up reality, I had breathing room.

That seed more reasonable. For 1,500 points, I could upgrade all three of my stolen abilities from Copper to Bronze. Or I could take one to Silver. But which one would give the most bang for my buck?
Wave Motion was my only offensive ability. It let shoot energy blasts and boost my mobility, but it drained stamina like crazy at Copper rank.
Treasure Sense was utility—finding valuable items up to five ters away. Useful but not ga-changing yet.
And now I had Aurora’s Sensory Hijack. The ability to manipulate soone’s five senses through touch. At Copper rank, it was limited to one sense at a ti and required constant concentration, but even that was powerful. With a touch, I could make soone taste sothing that wasn’t there, hear phantom sounds, or feel sensations I wasn’t actually creating.
The strategic applications were fucking endless. Combat. Infiltration. Seduction. Interrogation.

That was tempting. Two extra minutes in a fight could an the difference between life and death.
I stretched, feeling the delicious ache in my muscles. Aurora had ridden hard, leaving scratches on my back and a satisfied warmth in my chest. What a fucking day. Seven days ago I was fat, pathetic, and days from death. Now I had a squad, multiple abilities, and three gorgeous won letting drink milk from their tits.
Life was weird.
I got up and examined myself in the mirror. The changes were subtle but undeniable. My face had lost so of its roundness. My shoulders looked broader. The gym sessions were paying off—slowly. But I was still carrying too much fat, still looked weak compared to even low-ranked hunters.
The System had given infinite potential through Limit Breaker. I could surpass any genetic ceiling, beco faster, stronger, more capable than any normal hunter—but it would take months or years of consistent training. Ti I didn’t have if I wanted to beat Blair Davenport.
So what should I prioritize? Surviving long-term ant upgrading my abilities to be more effective at extraction and combat. But winning against Blair ant getting stronger physically, fast.
I cracked my knuckles, making my decision.

I’d spent 1,800 points, leaving enough for another upgrade or ergencies. Not bad. Now I had upgraded abilities and still maintained a solid lifespan buffer.
I checked my phone. 11:32 PM. Both Belle and Naomi had texted while I was with Aurora.
Belle: "Did you survive your date with the Sensory Queen? Rember our deal for tomorrow. I expect my buff."
Naomi: "Hope your date went well. Get so rest, we have training tomorrow morning. I miss you."
I smiled. How the fuck had I ended up here? A harem protagonist in a death ga. The universe had a sick sense of humor.
A thought occurred to . Aurora had given Sensory Hijack. I could now manipulate what people felt, tasted, heard, saw, or slled—albeit only two senses at once at Bronze rank. What would happen if I used this during extraction?
If I made Belle or Naomi feel phantom touches while actually touching them... made them taste sothing delicious while drinking their milk... made them hear whispered praise directly in their ears while I was busy elsewhere...
The possibilities were fucking mind-boggling.
