"Lord Shu Feng, I will be your guide today!"
The mont Shu Feng arrived at the entrance to the Dark Elf village, a fully-armored Camilla walked up to him.
Shu Feng said, "Alright, let’s go."
An hour after Shu Feng and Camilla left the village, a bizarre gray mist suddenly descended, blanketing the sky above Qingsen Village.
Escorted by sixty-five Spirit Warrior-level Black Dog Void Demons, Shu Feng and Camilla moved swiftly through the forest.
After crossing two hills, a gray, hazy forest shrouded in a bizarre layer of Demonic Qi appeared before Shu Feng.
Camilla stood atop a large tree and pointed toward the forest shrouded in gray mist. Her expression was grave as she said, "That’s it. Several warriors from our village went into that forest and vanished. My instincts are telling it’s extrely dangerous over there."
A grave look flashed in Shu Feng’s eyes. "Of course it’s dangerous. The air there is thick with Void Demonic Qi. To ordinary creatures, that Qi is like a strange and potent poison. They can easily undergo Demonization and beco demonized creatures."
Although Shu Feng hadn’t been with the Guardian Fla for long, he had done so basic research on Void Demons.
So Spirit Sect Level Void Demons were surrounded by terrifying Void Demonic Qi. If this Qi was released, it could corrupt mortals and transform them into all sorts of demonized creatures.
Only Spiritualists could resist the Void Demonic Qi emitted by those Spirit Sect-level Void Demons without being corrupted.
Shu Feng said, "Camilla, you can head back now. I’ll scout the forest."
"Alright. Be careful."
After offering a word of caution, Camilla’s figure flickered and vanished into the forest.
Shu Feng walked up to a large tree. At his ntal command, a Black Dog Void Demon imdiately dug a hollow in its trunk. He slipped right inside.
The Black Dog Void Demons fanned out around him, standing guard.
He closed his eyes and activated Dominator Mode.
A Spirit Warrior-level Black Dog Void Demon charged directly into the forest shrouded in the gray, demonic fog.
’Those are Demonized goblins!’
A few hundred ters into the forest, he saw them: Demonized goblins, a size larger than ordinary ones, with knotted muscles and savage faces, dragging all sorts of prey in a single direction.
Dozens of his Black Dog Void Demons mingled with the Demonized goblins, also heading in the sa direction.

After passing through a stretch of forest, a wide plaza ca into view.
Sharp wooden stakes were driven into the ground all across the wide plaza. Nailed to them were humans, Dark Elves, pig-headed Pign, and Ogres, creating a bizarre, bloody, and terrifying atmosphere.
In the center of the plaza stood four blood-red pillars. Each was inscribed with the image of a terrifying monster: it had two ox horns, a single eye that took up nearly half its face, a pair of dragon wings, a snake for a tail, and the lower body of a giant spider.
The Demonized goblins dragged their prey before the four pillars, slit their throats, and poured the blood onto the blood-red columns.
The four blood-red pillars bizarrely opened gaping, bloody maws and drank the blood in great gulps.
Shu Feng’s brow furrowed slightly as an ominous feeling welled up within him. ’This looks like so kind of bizarre, evil ritual!’
Just then, a Goblin King strode out. It stood two and a half ters tall, its body a mass of knotted muscle. It wore a black cloak, and a large black spider on its back seed to have fused with its body.
Following the Goblin King were twenty Goblin Leaders and a hundred Goblin Warriors. Each of them also had a bizarre black spider clinging to its back.
’A large black spider on its back! That’s the mark of the Parasitic Spider Demon clan, a type of Void Demon!’
A cold glint flashed in Shu Feng’s eyes the mont he saw the large black spiders on the goblins’ backs.
The Parasitic Spider Demon clan was a terrifying enemy that Spiritualists of the Qianyuan Republic had encountered in the Erosion Realm and the Three Great Realms. Once a Parasitic Spider Demon attached itself to a host, it could absorb all the host’s mories and fuse its Power with the host’s, becoming incredibly formidable.
If a peak Spirit Master Level Parasitic Spider Demon infested a peak Spirit Master Level Goblin King, it could even cause the Goblin King to break through its racial limits and evolve to the Great Spirit Master Level.
When Low-Level Parasitic Spider Demons infested a host, their large, spider-like true bodies would be visible. Higher-level ones, however, would completely replace the host’s existence, leaving behind only a spider-like tattoo.
Countless top Spiritualists in the Qianyuan Republic had t a miserable end at the hands of these higher-level Parasitic Spider Demons due to a single mont of carelessness.
A red glint flashed in the infested Goblin King’s eyes as it asked coldly, "Sallo, how are the preparations for the ritual coming along?"
A Goblin Leader replied, "Lord Kun Luo, we are still short the souls and flesh of four hundred sentient beings. Lord Cada has found the humans of this world. There are over a hundred of them, and he has already taken his forces to capture them."
The infested Goblin King bood, "Well done! Once we complete the ritual and open the Void Demon Gate, we can transform this place into a Demon Soil and guide our kin to descend upon this world. When that happens, all of you will be hailed as heroes and will be rewarded. You may even receive a boon from the noble lords themselves and evolve into aristocrats!"
At these words, a feverish light flashed in the eyes of all the Parasitic Spider Demons. They declared in unison, "We live to serve you, My Lord!"
The hierarchy within the Parasitic Spider Demon clan was rigid. Common Parasitic Spider Demons were considered Lower Class beings, a base breed. When they infested a host, their large, spider-like true body would be exposed. The aristocrats among them, however, would only leave a spider-like tattoo or marking sowhere on the host’s body after infestation.
If an aristocrat of the Parasitic Spider Demon clan ordered a commoner to die, the commoner could only obey and commit suicide. Such was the incredibly strict hierarchy of the Parasitic Spider Demon clan.
Becoming an aristocrat was the lifelong ambition that drove every common Parasitic Spider Demon.
