The elevator doors opened.
Jason Lockwood saw the woman—Jasmine—sitting on a chair she had pulled right in front of his office door, blocking two other won from entering.
Seeing this, Jason Lockwood’s expression darkened.
The mont the two won saw Jason Lockwood arrive, they imdiately trotted over to him.
One of them went so far as to cling directly to Jason Lockwood’s arm, cooing, "The Baron, you’re finally back! Look at this wild woman. I don’t know where she crawled out from, but she’s so shaless! She’s acting like this is her own ho."
"That’s right, The Baron! We finally got a chance to co see you, but this wild woman is blocking the door and won’t let us in."
Jason Lockwood had been angry about Jasmine Warren’s actions, but now, hearing what these two won had to say, he grew even angrier.
’Wild woman? How could *my* woman be a wild woman?’
His eyes cold, he was just about to pry the woman’s hands off his arm when...
a figure rushed over. Jasmine Warren shoved the woman clinging to him aside, squeezed into her place, and wrapped her arms tightly around his. "You two!" she raged. "How dare you tattle on ? Are you looking to die?! If you want to die, just say so! I’ll duel you ’til dawn!"
The two won looked so wronged they were about to cry. They gazed pitifully at Jason Lockwood, hoping he would get justice for them.
Jason Lockwood pried Jasmine Warren’s hands off one by one. With a grim face, he tapped her on the head in displeasure. "Can’t you just behave for once?"
"Who the hell are you hitting? You want to behave? Then you fucking stop ssing around and hitting on other won!" ’Damn it! Wasn’t having one of enough? Now today there are two of them!’
’ssing around? Hitting on other won?’ Jason Lockwood’s handso face darkened. He coughed twice and said in a mock-stern voice, "AHEM... What kind of nonsense are you thinking about all day? They’re my uncle’s daughters."
"Your uncle’s daughters?" Jasmine Warren’s face fell instantly. ’Damn it, did I just pick a fight with this guy’s family?!’
’Oh my god! I’m just an... of-fice... mis-tress, and I actually stopped Jason Lockwood’s family from going inside?!’
’But those two won never said they were Jason Lockwood’s family!’
’Besides, judging by the way they’re dressed, they look like total vixens!’
"The Baron, who is she?" one of the won asked, her expression turning ugly as she listened to the conversation between Jason Lockwood and this "wild woman".
Jason Lockwood glanced at the woman who had spoken, then wrapped an arm around Jasmine Warren’s waist and announced coldly, "My woman!"
"Your woman?" the two won repeated in unison, their faces sour.
Jason Lockwood didn’t care about their reaction. "If you two have nothing else, feel free to look around on your own. We have things to do, so we won’t be entertaining you."
With that, Jason Lockwood led Jasmine Warren toward his office.
He reached out, brought the chair from the doorway inside, then turned and shut the door. Only then did he release Jasmine’s waist. A wicked smile touched his lips as he raised an eyebrow and asked, "Satisfied now?" ’To think she’d suspect of ssing around and hitting on other won!’
"I suppose." Jasmine Warren feigned composure, crossing her arms as she sat down on the chair.
Jason Lockwood’s face was grim. "Well, I’m not satisfied!" he said, displeased.
"You’re not satisfied? What the hell does that have to do with !"
