Slamming the car door shut, he dragged her toward the house.
"Ah... It hurts... It hurts..." The yard outside their house was paved with pebbles. The mont Mika Sumrs set foot in it, the sharp pain from the stones nearly made her hop.
Hearing her cry, Tristan Grayson was startled and quickly stopped. He looked down, and his anger flared even higher. He bent down, scooped her up into his arms, and said furiously, "Serves you right. Let’s see you forget again." ’Is this woman an idiot?’
Mika Sumrs bit her lip and burrowed into Tristan Grayson’s arms. ’It was all his fault she was in so much pain, and he was still yelling at her.’
Seeing her crying in his arms, for so reason all the harsh words he wanted to say caught in his throat.
As if fighting with himself, he stomped angrily toward the house, carrying her.
When they reached the front door, he looked down and snapped impatiently, "Are you going to open the door or not?!"
"Oh..." Startled, Mika Sumrs fumbled in her pocket for the key.
But she fumbled for a long ti without finding it. Instead, her squirming made Tristan Grayson’s entire body tense up.
’If this keeps up for a few more seconds, she’s going to drive insane.’
He set her on the ground and quickly pulled the key from his own pocket to open the door. Before she could react, he turned, scooped her up again, and strode inside.
Once inside, Tristan Grayson placed her on the sofa and sat down beside her.
He appeared calm, but in reality, he was struggling to suppress the inferno of rage inside him.

Mika Sumrs was worried and kept sneaking glances at him. Although he had berated her, she didn’t feel as upset as she usually would have.
Even though Tristan Grayson wasn’t looking at her, he could feel her eyes on him. He whipped his head around and snarled, "What are you looking at? Keep staring, and you’ll regret it!"
"Oh..." She shivered in fear, murmured a soft reply, and got off the sofa, intending to go to her bedroom.
’Only in her bedroom could she stop herself from looking at him.’
"You pissed off, and now you think you can just walk away?" Upon hearing her faint reply, Tristan Grayson’s control finally snapped. He grabbed her arm and threw her back onto the sofa.
Lying on the sofa, Mika Sumrs looked at the terrifying man before her. She was so scared she swallowed nervously. "Wh-what are you going to do?" ’Back at the villa, she knew he would be furious when she got ho. She knew he’d yell at her. But she never thought he would get physical...’
This reaction clearly provoked Tristan Grayson even more. He spoke through clenched teeth, enunciating each word, "What. Do. You. Think?"
Mika Sumrs was trembling all over, completely unsure how to react.
