Just before school was out for lunch.
Jiang Nian thought to himself, "With Chen Yunyun’s personality, she’ll definitely say hi when passing by the door."
"And as for Wang Yuhe, she might say sothing silly."
He glanced at the ti, only eight minutes left. So he got up from his seat and casually headed out.
"Where are you going?" Zhang Ningzhi called out to him.
"Taking a leak."
Jiang Nian turned back, raising an eyebrow as if to say,
Wanna co?
Zhang Ningzhi made a "yikes" expression, clearly revolted.
"No way."
After relieving himself, Jiang Nian had no intention of going back to class. He planned to handle things specially and head straight to the cafeteria for lunch.
The freshn had already started their vacation, making the school feel much emptier.
Lin Yuxi had also gone ho.
Good thing.
Jiang Nian felt that lately eating in the cafeteria was much safer, and as for why the cafeteria, because of the three points and a line schedule.
Otherwise, Lin Yuxi couldn’t catch him at any other ti.
As the end of the sester neared, there were quite a few people lingering in the classroom. Liu Yang was sitting together with the class monitor from the neighboring class, catching up on howork.
Sun Zhicheng was absorbed in his phone.
Tao Ran hadn’t left either, busy working on problems at his desk.
Jiang Nian asked a few questions, and Tao Ran sighed, "Can’t rest well at ho, it’s easy to think of botherso things."

"Today, I went over to Building D to schedule a counseling session. They said they won’t be open during finals."

Tao Ran sure is bold, ended up the top offender on the blacklist.
"Resting in the classroom isn’t bad, it’s pretty quiet at noon," Jiang Nian comnted, intending to leave.
"Hey." Dong Que called out to him.
Jiang Nian hesitated, sized up the situation, and asked.
"What’s up?"
"Did you finish the English test paper we got yesterday?" Dong Que cautiously asked, "Can I compare answers with you?"
"Oh, sure." Jiang Nian didn’t refuse.
It’s an easy favor.
"Thanks." Dong Que took the test paper and turned to ask Tao Ran, "Leader, when are you leaving?"
"In five minutes."
"Oh, about the sa for ."
Jiang Nian returned to his seat, not paying much attention to that side. Buried himself in the problems for a while, and before he knew it, it was almost lunchti.
Looking up, Chen Yunyun and the others were back.
The two girls’ hair, still damp, was mostly dried, with just the tips resting on their thick coats, showing wet traces.
"Jiang Nian!"
"?"
Jiang Nian saw Wang Yuhe holding a new blue slap toy, eagerly approaching, ready to show off.
"Can’t you grow up a bit, stop playing with such childish things?"
"This is really fun," Wang Yuhe glanced at Jiang Nian and added, "Yunyun also said it’s fun."
"It’s so-so." Jiang Nian said calmly, ignoring the "green slap toy" in the drawer.
Admittedly, it’s pretty fun.
Wang Yuhe, provoked, got a bit competitive. Puffing her cheeks, she pulled out the blue slap toy and demonstrated her prowess on the spot.
Unsurprisingly, Jiang Nian confiscated it.
"Give it back!"
"Your toy is great, it’s mine now." Jiang Nian chuckled, looking unyielding.
"You!!!"
Wang Yuhe stord off in a huff, leaving Chen Yunyun next to them speechless, the two always bickering when together.
"Haha, look at her." Jiang Nian mimicked Yip Man’s pointing gesture.
Chen Yunyun: "..."
"Got any oranges today?" Jiang Nian asked, having always freeloaded, he was suddenly unaccustod to not having any.
"The hair washing was too rushed, no ti to cut them," Chen Yunyun replied, "If you want, I’ll bring so for you this afternoon."
"Forget it then, tomorrow’s fine."
"Alright."
"You’re just in ti, there’re two problems I don’t understand," Jiang Nian said, "Even after looking at the answers, still can’t figure them out."
"Let see." Chen Yunyun took the test paper, habitually tucking her long hair behind her ear.

"Look at my Life-taking Soul-locking Claw!"
During the afternoon break, the blue slap toy landed with a smack. It flew straight to Zhang Ningzhi’s hand, covering the back of her hand.
Zhang Ningzhi: (`へ´≠)
"What are you doing!"
"Aren’t I impressive?" Jiang Nian grinned, pulling out a green slap toy and sticking it on her test paper.
A minute later, both slap toys were confiscated.
Jiang Nian wasn’t grinning anymore.
The smile didn’t disappear, it just shifted sowhere else.
"Grow up." Li Hua openly scorned, loudly reproaching, "How old are you, playing like a little kid!"
Jiang Nian: "?"
He thought Li Hua had gone mad, but turned and saw Yu Zhiyi coming along the corridor towards them.
Jiang Nian and Ma Guojun exchanged glances, then simultaneously turned and cursed.
"Bastard."
Yu Zhiyi walked past the classroom’s front door, holding her head high like a proud swan, without even glancing at Jiang Nian.
"Hmph."
Jiang Nian didn’t care, focused on sipping water from a small glass cup. To be fair, the move was indeed pretentious.
In the classroom, classmates either drank from the lid of a thermos or straight from a mineral water bottle.
Even Zhang Ningzhi felt embarrassed to continue using the small glass cup.
Only Jiang Nian beca more flamboyant, sipping water like tasting tea.
"Strange, who upset her?" Li Hua pondered for a while, not naming anyone, but those in the know knew.
"No idea," Jiang Nian said, "During lunch break, I caught her in the closed corridor watching drama and crying."
"I figured since we’re classmates, I comforted her a bit."
Hearing this, Li Hua got tense.
Jiang Nian’s too cunning, all the pretty girls around have almost been chard by him, leaving nothing for the rest.
"What did you say?"
"I asked if she was mourning for her phone."
Li Hua: "..."
Sotis, he even wondered if Jiang Nian had cast a spell. His tongue sharp as pesticides, yet people still liked him.
Suddenly, Wang Yuhe ran over.
She placed a toy tank on Jiang Nian’s desk, earnestly advising him.
"It’s the horoom teacher’s class soon, and he’ll start rambling again. Keep it here during class, and watch over my tank."
