Pei Mansion.
The Pei Mansion has been bustling these past two days. A group of doctors has been coming in and out, supposedly attending to the Young Madam of the Pri Minister Pei’s family. They arrived confident but left disappointed.
At the main entrance, an elderly doctor clasped his hands, regretful: "Pri Minister Pei, please forgive this old man for being useless. The Young Madam’s illness... it’s truly incurable. I take my leave, I take my leave..."

"Pei Jinheng! It’s you, all because of you! If not for you, how could I end up like this? For you, I’ve done so many wrong things, and what do I get in return? Your cold accusation of deserved retribution? Ah? Hahaha..."
Looking at the nearly hysterical woman, his eyebrows furrowed, face full of disdain, he flicked his sleeve and said, "You brought this upon yourself!"
