Soon, each departnt had a preliminary plan. Those with promising young elite physicians who could hold their own naturally put them forward first. If a departnt lacked such potential, the departnt director would take the lead themselves.

Clearly, the topics proposed by each departnt were all highly suitable for promotion and public education.

Listening to the list of nominees, the various departnt directors all nodded in approval. They were essentially the backbone of City First Hospital—physicians with boundless potential. Without exception, all of them had impressive achievents in either research or clinical practice, ca from prestigious universities, and were key talents being grood by their departnts.
Soon, it was the Ergency Departnt’s turn. After careful consideration, Huo Yun presented his nomination:
"For the Ergency Departnt, our provisional guest speaker is Deputy Director Jiang Ming. His topic is ’Laparoscopic Appendectomy.’ It focuses on improvents and optimizations to the most common appendectomy procedure within the field of minimally invasive surgery."
The other directors had no objections to Deputy Director Jiang Ming representing the Ergency Departnt. In fact, they were quite looking forward to his research topic.
However, Director Lin Hu of the General Surgery Departnt had so reservations about Jiang Ming’s topic. After all, laparoscopic technology and appendectomy-related surgical techniques were in direct competition with his departnt.
Another chief physician from General Surgery, Zheng Duqing—Director Zheng—had also been researching a similar field. However, since this was a topic Jiang Ming was planning to study, Director Zheng had to consider the Jiang Family’s reputation and gave up his focus on minimally invasive appendectomies, switching instead to research on other laparoscopic procedures.
"For the General Surgery Departnt, our provisional guest speaker is Director Zheng Duqing. His topic is ’Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy,’ focusing on the most common surgery for cholecystitis..."
Seeing Director Zheng from General Surgery and his proposed topic, the directors in attendance exchanged aningful glances with Huo Yun and Lin Hu.

Soon, every departnt had submitted a preliminary list. The proposed topics for each guest speaker were discussed and evaluated, and for the most part, all were deed feasible.
Finally, Dean Tang announced:
"Next, all departnts should begin preparing their respective projects, developing classic surgical techniques, and assembling their teams. We must be prepared in terms of the surgical technique itself, the dical staff, and long-term future developnt. The hospital will then form a review panel to assess this preliminary list and select the final list of guest speakers."
"The selected physicians, in addition to preparing for the show’s taping, will be fully engaged in free clinics, online and offline promotional coordination, and the subsequent admission and treatnt of patients."

Hearing Dean Tang’s far-reaching plan, the directors understood the gravity of the situation. This was much more than just a simple TV appearance.
After the hospital’s regular eting concluded, news of the matter spread to all the doctors at City First Hospital.
In the Ergency Departnt, the physicians were filled with a mix of emotions.
So were happy, while others were worried.
This batch of residents, especially those in the surgical group, were sowhat dejected. Now that Wu Ting’s permanent position was set in stone, they would have to find their own paths after completing their residency.
Cheng Feng was also on the verge of a breakdown, but after so thought, he chose to accept it.
"Wu Ting, congratulations."
Cheng Feng looked at Wu Ting, his feelings complicated. He had been determined to get this hospital position, but compared to Wu Ting, he had to admit defeat.
Besides, he genuinely respected Wu Ting’s dical skills and character.

Just as Cheng Feng and Wu Ting were encouraging each other, Deputy Director Jiang Ming arrived in the Ergency Departnt.
Seeing Director Jiang, many of the doctors and nurses, who had already heard the news from the hospital eting, spoke up.

Everyone understood what this nomination signified, beyond just the TV appearance itself.
Qin Donglai also congratulated Jiang Ming, feeling a pang of envy. ’An opportunity like this is impossible for in this lifeti,’ he thought.
’Perhaps in this entire departnt, only Wu Ting will have such an opportunity in the future.’
Jiang Ming was grateful for everyone’s well-wishes, but inwardly, he felt an imnse amount of pressure.
In order to pass the hospital’s evaluation, he now needed to start performing a large number of laparoscopic appendectomies and also prepare to form an official research group team.
