Liu Ergou didn't dare to hesitate and hurried downstairs. He scanned the area according to Lu Xiaoyu's directions and quickly spotted her car. He walked over and tapped gently on the window. It rolled down, revealing Lu Xiaoyu's delicate face.

"Hurry and get in," Lu Xiaoyu said, opening the passenger door.
Liu Ergou said nothing and slid into the passenger seat. The car sped away, leaving the Century Hotel in the dust.

Lu Xiaoyu drove him to a residential area filled with villas, finally stopping in front of one.
"Alright, we're at my place. Let's get out."

Hearing his complint, Lu Xiaoyu lifted her chin proudly.

Her expression then changed instantly.
"Alright, enough about the villa. You need to explain this thing with my nose…"
Before she could finish, a stream of blood gushed from her nose, tracing a graceful arc through the air before splattering on the ground.
Seeing the blood, Lu Xiaoyu quickly grabbed a couple of tissues from the car and stuffed them up her nostrils.
Her voice muffled, she said, "See, Liu Ergou? Now do you see it?"
"Explain to why I'm having nosebleeds, and why they're so bad!"
"If you can't give a clear explanation today, I swear I'll take you down with !"
Looking at her, Liu Ergou didn't speak. Instead, he crouched down, dipped a finger into the pool of blood, and rubbed it between his thumb and forefinger. After a mont of contemplation, he looked up at her. "If I were you, I would keep my mouth shut."
"Besides, your condition is aggravated by restlessness and agitation. Staying calm would be good for you; at the very least, it might slow the bleeding."
Hearing this, Lu Xiaoyu rolled her eyes and led him into her villa.
Once inside, Liu Ergou got straight to the point.
"You said there was a problem with the dicine I prescribed. Fine, no more beating around the bush. Bring the herbs you bought. I want to see all of them."

Ignoring her anger, Liu Ergou bent over the table and began sifting through the dregs. He spent a good half hour carefully picking through them.
Finally, Liu Ergou picked up a piece of a root and held it right in front of her.
Lu Xiaoyu stared at the herb, completely bewildered. She had no idea what he was getting at.
His face dark, Liu Ergou said, "Lu Xiaoyu, do you recognize this herb?"
She glanced at it and nodded.
"Of course, I do. It's ginseng, isn't it? What about it?"
Seeing her self-righteous attitude, Liu Ergou was so infuriated he wanted to punch her. But in the end, he managed to restrain himself.
Suppressing his rage, he said, "What did I write on the prescription? I told you that ordinary ginseng would be fine!"
"Just look at what you did! You used wild ginseng over twenty years old!"
"Who told you to change the ingredients without permission?"
"Why didn't you just swap it for a hundred-year-old ginseng? A century-old one would have been even better!"

The mont she finished speaking, Liu Ergou slapped a hand to his forehead in exasperation and let out a long sigh.

"Don't you understand? Your body is too weak right now to handle potent supplents!"
"Ordinary ginseng was exactly what you needed, but you took it upon yourself to change it to one over ten years old. That was just way too much nourishnt!"
"And now you have non-stop nosebleeds… you're lucky you aren't just spraying blood everywhere! Honestly… I give up!"
