Sun Yunxing hadn't finished his sentence when Liu Yunxi, who was standing behind Liu Ergou, could no longer bear to listen.
"Sun Yunxing, are you out of your mind?!" Liu Yunxi stepped forward and yelled. "What my life is like has nothing to do with you! My life is my own choice, what right do you have to interfere?!
"Besides, who told you that going to the countryside ans suffering? And another thing, I rejected you from our freshman year all the way to your senior year. Have you ever stopped to think for a second why I kept rejecting you?
"You really think I don't know about all your dirty secrets? And don't even get started on your family. Every single one of them has a screw loose!
"You were the one chasing from start to finish. I never accepted a single thing you gave . Whether it was gifts or money, I returned it all to you!
"And your mother? She's really sothing else! She called out of my dorm in the middle of the night to tell I wasn't good enough for you and that I should stay away! But the thing is, I never even accepted you, yet she was convinced I was the one seducing you!
"You tell , isn't she crazy?!"
This tirade left Sun Yunxing utterly speechless, while a look of surprise appeared on Liu Ergou's face.
Wow, Sun Yunxing's mother is truly one of a kind. Waking soone up in the middle of the night just for a talk, and thinking Liu Yunxi was seducing her son. That's just absurd. How much confidence does she have in her son?
Across from them, Sun Yunxing stood with his head lowered, a bitter smile on his face.
"That… that wasn't my fault! Yunxi, just give one chance. I'm trying my best to convince my mother to accept…"
He was cut off by Liu Yunxi before he could finish.
"Shut up! I rejected you clearly from the very beginning. Are you incapable of understanding?"
Seeing that Sun Yunxing wanted to say more, Liu Ergou hastily put an end to the farce.
"Alright, that's enough idle chatter. Sun Yunxing, Liu Yunxi has made her position clear. She doesn't like you. Do you understand?"
To Liu Ergou's complete surprise, Sun Yunxing replied, "No, it's impossible that Yunxi doesn't like ! She's just secretly in love with and is too afraid to admit it!"
Hearing this, Liu Ergou was rendered completely speechless.
