Hearing Zhu Qiushui say this, Liu Ergou raised his eyebrows. But before he could say anything, Zhu Qiushui had already stood up from the sofa and crouched down in front of him. As Liu Ergou watched in surprise, she unzipped his pants.

A few hours later, Liu Ergou arrived at the entrance of Fengzhu Village. He could clearly see a group of people sitting under the large tree by the entrance, chatting away. Liu Ergou had wanted to be discreet and park outside the village, but before he could stop, the people chatting at the entrance spotted the approaching car.
Imdiately, a busybody ran toward the vehicle. When he saw that the person inside was Liu Ergou, a stunned expression appeared on his face.
"Er Gou, is that you?" the man exclaid in amazent. "This is your car!?"
Liu Ergou nodded. "Yes, I bought it. I…"
Before he could finish, the man had already dashed back toward the village entrance, shouting at the top of his lungs, "Everyone, co quick! Er Gou from the Liu family bought a new car! Hurry up and co look!"
Hearing the man's shouts, Liu Ergou was utterly exasperated. Buying a car was a good thing, but the way this man announced it made it sound like he had committed so terrible cri. In any case, his plan to park outside the village was now impossible. Liu Ergou had no choice but to drive up to the entrance.
As soon as he arrived, he saw a crowd of people pointing at his car, chattering excitedly.

When he pulled up to his courtyard gate, he honked the horn, signaling for soone to open it. However, instead of the gate opening, he was greeted by a scolding voice.
"Who is that? So inconsiderate! Honking your horn right at soone's gate is so annoying! Don't you know making a racket is a public nuisance?"
As the words were spoken, the gate opened, and Liu Yunxi's figure appeared in his view. The mont he saw her, Liu Ergou called out, "Yun Xi! It's !"
Hearing his voice, Liu Yunxi froze for a second, then looked up in surprise at the person speaking.
"What? It's you, Er Gou!" Liu Yunxi exclaid. "We've only been apart for a few days, and you're already driving a Land Rover! Where did you strike it rich?"
Seeing her astonished expression, Liu Ergou laughed heartily and got out of the car. He swept Liu Yunxi into his arms and started walking toward the courtyard.
But as soon as they stepped inside, they saw Xu Yulan washing clothes. The two of them froze on the spot, suddenly at a loss for what to do.
When Xu Yulan saw how intimate Liu Ergou and Liu Yunxi were, a flicker of disappointnt and sadness flashed in her eyes, so fleeting that no one noticed.
"Er Gou, you're back!" Xu Yulan greeted him with a smile.
Liu Ergou nodded vigorously. "Yeah, Sister-in-law, I'm back!"
With that, he quickly strode forward and took the clothes from Xu Yulan's hands. "Sister-in-law, why are you always busy every ti I see you? The work in the fields is done, and now you're washing clothes. Can't you take a proper rest? What would I do if you wore yourself out!"
Hearing his words, Xu Yulan's face instantly flushed crimson. She knew exactly what he ant.
"Er Gou, what nonsense are you spouting?" she said with a bashful expression. "It's just washing so clothes. How could that possibly wear out?"
Seeing her like this, Liu Ergou felt a tickle in his heart. If Liu Yunxi hadn't been there, he would have pulled Xu Yulan into a fierce embrace. Glancing at Liu Yunxi beside him, he suppressed the urge and said, "Of course it can! Sister-in-law, just you wait. In a couple of days, I'll buy you a washing machine! Then you won't have to wash by hand anymore!"
