"Ah? Teach a lesson?" Hu Jing said with a puzzled look. "But, Er Gou, why would you teach a lesson? I don't think I've done anything wrong!"
She assud that after saying this, Liu Ergou would let her go. But to her complete surprise, Liu Ergou said, "Tsk, you ask why I'm teaching you a lesson? Of course, it's because of Wu Guifang's mistake. That's why I'm punishing you!"
He continued, "Hey! And don't give any nonsense about what her mistake has to do with you. Let tell you, Wu Guifang is your aunt. You're taking the punishnt for her. Isn't that perfectly normal?"
Liu Ergou's words rendered Hu Jing completely speechless. She never would have dread that he could be so unreasonable.
In no ti, Liu Ergou carried Hu Jing into the shed and tossed her onto the bed.
Lying there, Hu Jing swallowed nervously, her face tense. It looks like I'm dood today.
Just as she was about to resign herself to her fate, Liu Ergou suddenly spoke. "Tsk, this little shed is a real dump! It's stuffy and hot, and this bed is hard as a rock. Forget it, I've lost interest. I'll let you off the hook for today!"
The next second, Hu Jing felt a sharp slap on her rear. Liu Ergou had put all his strength into it, making her wince and frown in pain.
"Are you insane?!" Hu Jing clutched her backside, glaring at Liu Ergou. "So the shed is in bad shape, and you hit **? I had to borrow the money to farm this land from you. Do you really think I have cash lying around to make improvents? Now there's a problem, and you hit for no reason at all!"
Listening to her, Liu Ergou felt a bit embarrassed. It was true; he couldn't really bla her. Thinking of this, he pulled out his phone and transferred tens of thousands to her on the spot.
Seeing the transfer notification, Hu Jing looked horrified. "What are you doing? I'm telling you, I won't be a kept woman!"
This ti, it was Liu Ergou's turn to roll his eyes. "Heh, you wish! Who said anything about keeping you? The money is for you to build a few prefabricated tal sheds to improve the conditions. Then, buy an air conditioner and make the bed a little softer."
Without giving Hu Jing a chance to reply, Liu Ergou turned and walked out of the plantation. Since Wu Guifang wasn't there, he had no reason to linger. As for teasing Hu Jing, moderation is key. Going too far wouldn't be good.
Watching Liu Ergou's retreating figure, Hu Jing couldn't help but shout in exasperation, "Liu Ergou, can't you do any of this yourself?! Do you enjoy being a hands-off boss all the ti?!"
However, Liu Ergou was already too far away to hear her. He walked out of the plantation, got into his car, and drove off.
The roar of the engine naturally startled Hu Jing. Curious, she went outside to take a look. When she saw Liu Ergou driving away, her jaw dropped in astonishnt.
"What? A Land Rover?" Hu Jing exclaid. "Wait, what has that man been doing? It's only been a few days. How can he already afford a Land Rover? Don't tell he robbed a bank!"
Although she was intensely curious about how Liu Ergou had suddenly beco so rich, her curiosity was fleeting. Soon, she forgot about it, pulling out her phone to start handling the tasks Liu Ergou had left for her: arranging for the construction of the tal sheds and buying an air conditioner.
While Hu Jing was busy with these matters, Liu Ergou was already driving straight to Wu Guifang's house.
When he arrived, he didn't barge right in. Instead, he loitered outside for a few monts, confirming that Liu Jingming wasn't ho before he confidently strode inside.
Entering the house, Liu Ergou scanned the area but didn't see Wu Guifang anywhere. After a mont's thought, he pushed open the bedroom door and walked in.
Sure enough, Wu Guifang was lying on the bed, sound asleep and enjoying the cool air from the air conditioner.
The sight made a vein throb on Liu Ergou's forehead. Good heavens. I can't believe she'd actually dare to slack off like this. In that case, he wouldn't hold back.
Without a shred of hesitation, he grabbed the edge of her quilt and forcefully yanked it away.
The next second, however, his jaw nearly hit the floor. Underneath the quilt, Wu Guifang was completely naked. The beautiful sight made Liu Ergou swallow hard, his throat suddenly dry.
At the sa ti, the disturbance roused Wu Guifang from her slumber. When she saw Liu Ergou standing before her, she paid it no mind, murmuring sleepily, "What's going on? How strange, I'm even dreaming about Er Gou."
With that, she reached out, took the quilt from his hands, and covered herself up again.
At this, Liu Ergou could no longer hold back. Seeing her drift back to sleep, he pounced right on top of her.
The weight on her body shocked Wu Guifang fully awake. Staring at Liu Ergou pressing down on her, she gasped in surprise. "Ah? I'm not dreaming! Er Gou, you're really back! Auntie has missed you so much!"
Finished speaking, Wu Guifang wrapped her arms around Liu Ergou and puckered her lips for a kiss.
Liu Ergou certainly didn't refuse. He leaned down and kissed her deeply. It was a good while before they finally separated.
Once they parted, Wu Guifang looked at him with curiosity. "Er Gou, you're finally back! Auntie thought you weren't planning on returning. Do you have any idea how much I've missed you?"
Hearing this, Liu Ergou let out a sudden, cold laugh. "Heh. Auntie. Guess why I ca back."
Seeing his sneer, Wu Guifang didn't imdiately understand. She replied instinctively, "Why else? You ca back because you missed , of course! Why else would you be here?"
Liu Ergou chuckled coldly again. "Heh. Auntie, you've got that wrong. But, you're partially right. I did indeed co back because of you."
Hearing this, the already-confused Wu Guifang beca even more puzzled. "Huh? Because of ? But not because you missed ? Then why, Er Gou?"
Seeing her baffled expression, Liu Ergou dropped all pretense of politeness. He once again whipped the quilt away, then pulled Wu Guifang directly over his lap, and brought his hand down hard on her ample rear.
