Visibly annoyed by the interruption, Orange Bear picked up his phone, glanced at the screen, and answered. "What is it?" he snapped. "Spit it out, I'm busy with sothing important!"
A man's voice quickly replied from the other end. "Chairman, it's like this. We were on patrol and saw a man acting suspiciously by the side of the road. We didn't think much of it at first, but when we were changing shifts, he suddenly rushed into the building! If we hadn't reacted quickly, he would have gotten in!"
Hearing this, Orange Bear's expression soured even more. "Why are you calling for sothing like this? Either hand him over to the police or throw him out! Why are you calling ? Do you expect to co down and deal with him myself?"
The man on the phone quickly explained, "Chairman, please let explain! That's what I thought too, but as soon as we threw him out, he ca back to the entrance with a knife, threatening to kill himself on the spot if he can't see the Chairman! He's not joking, sir. The blade has already broken his skin! We were afraid sothing bad would happen, so we called you!"
A puzzled look crossed Orange Bear's face. What the hell? He'll kill himself if he can't see ? I don't think I've offended anyone... What is going on? Confused, Orange Bear simply said he understood and hung up the phone.
He imdiately turned to Liu Ergou. "Er Gou, what... what should I do? I've been running this company for so long, and I've never run into a situation like this!"
Seeing the anxious look on Orange Bear's face, Liu Ergou reached out and pinched his cheek. "What's there to be afraid of? I'm here, aren't I?"

In the center of the crowd stood a scrawny man with dyed-yellow hair, holding a knife to his own neck. The blade had already broken the skin. Liu Ergou's face twitched at the sight. Damn it! This is all wrong! Didn't the call say the knife was at his wrist? How did it beco his neck in the blink of an eye? If I'd co down any later, it would have been a bloodbath. At that thought, Liu Ergou hurriedly shouted at the man.
"Stop right there! The Chairman is here! Stop what you're doing!"
As Liu Ergou shouted, Orange Bear began dispersing the crowd of employees. "Alright, what are you all doing gathered here? Don't you have work to do? Hurry up and get back to your posts! If you delay your work, you can forget about your bonuses!"
At the ntion of bonuses, the onlookers scattered in an instant. Soon, only Liu Ergou, Orange Bear, and the yellow-haired man remained.
Looking at the yellow-haired man, Liu Ergou said, "Alright, that's enough. We're here now. You should put that thing down. If you don't, I'm calling the police, and you can explain yourself to them!"

The yellow-haired man followed Liu Ergou inside without a mont's hesitation.

The two entered the reception room on the first floor. Liu Ergou poured a glass of water for the man and then spoke. "Alright, we're alone. You can say what you ca to say.
