Ultimately, under the woman's onslaught, Liu Ergou could no longer hold out and was kicked, sending him tumbling to the ground.
"Fuck!" Liu Ergou exclaid, executing a desperate roll to evade the woman's leg. He then leaned against the wall, gasping for breath.
"Are you insane, woman?" Liu Ergou roared at Ning Hua. "We've never t before, so why are you attacking ? I'm telling you, you'd better stop right now. If you don't, I won't hold back anymore!"
Liu Ergou's words made Ning Hua laugh.
If I don't stop, he won't hold back? Ha, that's the funniest joke I've heard all year, bar none.
The man before her had been completely suppressed from the very beginning, yet he still had the audacity to claim he wouldn't hold back. At that mont, Ning Hua was incredibly curious. Just how could he possibly not hold back against her? With this thought, she stopped her assault and simply squinted at him.
Just as Liu Ergou thought the woman was done, Ning Hua suddenly moved. Her speed was now even greater than before.
This ti, Liu Ergou had no ti to react and was kicked squarely against the wall.
He spat out a large mouthful of blood. He could clearly feel that at least two or three of his ribs had been broken by the kick.
"Goddamn it! You psycho!" Liu Ergou roared, instinctively circulating the True Qi he rarely used. He then mustered all his strength and threw a punch through the air toward Ning Hua.
Seeing Liu Ergou swing at her from so far away, a mocking smile appeared on Ning Hua's lips.
Did I punch him stupid? Does he really think he's a grandmaster capable of projecting his True Qi?
In the next mont, however, Ning Hua's expression changed dramatically. She shouted in astonishnt, "Projected True Qi? That's Xuanyuan True Qi! Who are you?"
But Liu Ergou had no intention of answering. He seized the opportunity to turn and bolt for the office entrance.
anwhile, Ning Hua, shedding her earlier arrogance, used the very sa move as Liu Ergou: the Lazy Donkey's Roll. She dodged his punch, which slamd into the floor and cracked the solid marble. After dodging the strike, Ning Hua prepared to go after him again, but Liu Ergou had already reached the company entrance.
Pointing at the distant Ning Hua, he yelled to the security guards, "Call the police, quick! There's a crazy woman here, and she's trying to kill ! Get more people over here and subdue her!"
At his shouts, the guards at the entrance sprang into action. They imdiately called the police on their phones and then used their walkie-talkies to summon their colleagues on duty inside the building.
Soon, five or six security guards erged from the building in a single file, wielding anti-riot forks. They charged straight for the pursuing Ning Hua.
Ning Hua was stunned by the scene. She was indeed powerful, capable of fighting off a hundred n. The problem was, these were all ordinary people. If she fought back, it would likely escalate the situation and attract serious trouble. Worse, she could draw the attention of the Patrol Bureau, and that would be a disastrous outco.
With this in mind, Ning Hua decided to retreat. But the security guards gave her no such chance, charging at her with howls and brandished forks. The next second, several anti-riot forks pinned her by her slender waist.
Ning Hua frowned, preparing to break free with force. But then, out of the corner of her eye, she saw another security guard walk out of the building. In his hand was sothing that looked like a gun.
Seeing this, Ning Hua's face went pale with terror.
How... how can they have a gun?
Before she could react, there was a loud pop. A numbing sensation spread through her body, followed by a wave of sharp pain. Then, she lost consciousness.
Seeing Ning Hua lying unconscious on the ground, Liu Ergou heaved a long sigh of relief. Shit, what a thrilling day. Hunted the mont he stepped out the door, and by such a beautiful, formidable woman at that.
The other security guards, seeing the woman fall, began to chatter among themselves.
"Jeez! This is the first ti I've ever seen Boss Liu in such a state! He was actually beaten until he coughed up blood!"
"Exactly! If you ask , this is a classic case of love turned to hate. The woman must have co to settle a score!"
"Whoa, no way, that's so explosive gossip! But seriously, we all know Boss Liu. He can smash a wall with one punch. Why did this woman beat him so badly?"
"Isn't it obvious? Our Boss Liu has a soft spot for beautiful won. He couldn't bring himself to fight back!"
Listening to their gossip, Liu Ergou's expression grew darker and darker. He finally couldn't take it anymore and snapped, "All of you, shut up! Look at yourselves, a bunch of grown n acting like a bunch of gossips! Soft spot for won? Love turned to hate? Bullshit! I've never seen this psycho before in my life. She just attacked on sight. What rotten luck!"
As he spoke, he struggled to his feet, wincing as he rubbed his chest. Forgetting about his broken ribs, the pressure made him cough up another mouthful of blood.
This sent the surrounding guards into a panic.
"Boss Liu!"
"Boss Liu!"
Seeing their worried faces, Liu Ergou just waved his hand dismissively. "It's fine, it's fine, I'm alright! Did soone call the police? Also, I thought I heard a gunshot. What was that?"
A guard imdiately stepped forward to explain. "Boss Liu, we've already called the police! They'll be here shortly. And we don't have any firearms here. What you heard was a taser firing! The supervisor specially imported them to handle ergencies."
Hearing this, Liu Ergou nodded. "Good, well done. Give that supervisor a 2,000 yuan bonus, and 500 for each of you. Alright, you all wait here. When the police get here, call down. I need to go rest."
With that, Liu Ergou dragged his injured body away, stumbling toward the break room.
Once he was gone, the remaining guards sward forward. They produced a rope and bound the unconscious Ning Hua tightly, hand and foot. Then, they stood by, patiently waiting for the police to arrive.
