Looking closer, he saw the yard was filled with children's diapers. When Luo Kang saw Liu Ergou looking at the diapers, a proud expression appeared on his face.
"Er Gou, all these diapers belong to my son!" he boasted. "This little guy hasn't been born long, but he's got a huge appetite!"
Liu Ergou just nodded without saying much. Since he didn't have children, he couldn't yet understand Luo Kang's feelings.
Following Luo Kang, Liu Ergou entered the room again.
At that mont, Liu Huilan had just finished breastfeeding her child. She froze when she saw Er Gou arrive, and for so unknown reason, her face turned red.
"Er Gou... you're here..." Liu Huilan greeted him in a low voice.
Liu Ergou returned the greeting. "Huilan."
Before the two could say anything more, Luo Kang was already urging them impatiently.
"Huilan, I've brought Er Gou here!" he announced. "Hurry up and let Er Gou treat you. The sooner you get well, the sooner my son can eat his fill!"
Hearing Luo Kang's words, Liu Huilan's already red face flushed even deeper. Liu Ergou was montarily stunned but quickly ca to his senses.
"Okay, I understand, Luo Kang. I'll continue to treat Huilan right away."
With that, Liu Ergou turned to look at Liu Huilan. Embarrassed by his direct gaze, she lowered her head.
Watching their reactions, Luo Kang grew impatient. Unable to hold back, he turned to Liu Huilan and snapped, "Huilan, didn't you hear what I just said?! Hurry up and lift your shirt so Er Gou can continue treating you. Just two more treatnts and you'll be all better, and my son won't have to go hungry anymore!
"Lift your shirt! Stop dawdling!"
Urged on by Luo Kang, Liu Huilan couldn't help but say softly, "Actually, I think it's not really a problem anymore... Our son has enough milk to drink... Maybe we could... just..."
Before Liu Huilan could finish, Luo Kang roared like an enraged lion.

Seeing Luo Kang's deanor, Liu Huilan fearfully shrank back. "I don't an that... I just thought..."
Her words were cut off by Luo Kang's fierce interruption. "That's exactly what you an! You want to starve my son! If you didn't want to starve my son, how could you say sothing like that, Liu Huilan!" he yelled. "Today... I'll...!" As he spoke, Luo Kang started looking around for sothing to grab, as if he was about to get violent.
Seeing this, Liu Ergou quickly stepped in to stop him. "Luo Kang! Luo Kang! Don't do anything rash! We can talk this out! Please, no violence! I understand how Huilan feels, so let's just talk!"
Restrained by Liu Ergou, Luo Kang couldn't calm down at all. "Talk? There's nothing to talk about! This woman wants to starve my son to death! He's the Luo family's only heir! If sothing happens to him, how could she possibly take responsibility for that?!"
Luo Kang was furious, scaring Liu Huilan so much that she curled up in a corner, her face filled with terror. His shouting must have woken the sleeping baby, who began to wail.
"Luo Kang, calm down!" Liu Ergou said, pressing him down into a chair. "Let's talk this over slowly. Don't get violent! Look, you're scaring the baby. Go on, comfort him!"
Luo Kang breathed heavily, his eyes bloodshot as he glared at Liu Huilan, looking as if he might lash out at any mont. Not daring to look up, Liu Huilan quickly gathered the child in her arms and began to soothe him.
Several minutes passed before the child finally stopped crying.
Liu Huilan then spoke up. "F-fine... I'll let Er Gou treat , alright? What are you shouting for?!"
With a wronged expression, Liu Huilan lifted her shirt.
Seeing this scene again, Liu Ergou no longer felt the agitation and tension of before. Instead, a sense of calm washed over him.
Luo Kang snorted coldly at her. "HMPH! You wouldn't listen when I tried to be reasonable, forcing to shout. If my son really goes hungry because of you, you'll be sorry!"
Then, Luo Kang turned to Liu Ergou. "Er Gou, just go ahead and treat her. As long as my wife gets better, we can discuss anything!"
Liu Ergou nodded. "Alright, I understand, Luo Kang. But first, let check on Huilan's condition."
With that, Liu Ergou extended his hand and began the examination. His examination was thorough, not missing a single spot, which required him to carefully move and adjust her breasts to assess the condition.

Hearing this, Liu Huilan said no more. After all, Er Gou was doing this for her own good.
Several more minutes passed before Liu Ergou finally completed his examination.
Liu Huilan, her face flushed and slick with sweat, let out a long sigh of relief. The sensation of Er Gou's examination was simply indescribable. Yet, she didn't reject it. In fact, she found herself wishing it would last a little longer, that he would be just a tiny bit more ticulous. The thought kept surfacing in her mind, making it hard for her to stay in control. Fortunately, Er Gou finally finished.
Luo Kang, who had been standing to the side, imdiately asked, "Er Gou, how is my wife's condition?"
"I've just examined her," Liu Ergou replied. "Her condition is good, and she's recovering well. Everything is progressing in the right direction, just as I expected. With two more massage sessions, she should be completely fine!"
