“Rest assured, they are your children, and just for that reason, I won’t touch them.”
The man brushed his scattered black hair back, revealing his sharp and handso face.
He looked up at Lily, who was stunned.
Naturally, he interpreted her dumbfounded reaction as guilt from being caught in a lie.
Aidan Lucas was sowhat annoyed; Lily had actually lied to him.
But at the sa ti, he was secretly pleased.
Her lying to him ant, at the very least, she cared about him.
