“Why are you asking about them?”
She was his.
He wouldn’t allow her to care about anyone else.

“You…” Lily was so angered by Aidan Lucas that she was at a loss for words, truly at a loss for what this man was thinking.
She chided him sweetly through the phone, “Aidan Lucas, do you really have so little confidence in yourself? Do you think you can’t asure up to Richard Coldwell, or do you think he’s better than you? I’m clearly with you now, so why would I need to be with him? You’re so capable, so why do you act foolish at tis like this?!”
Lily had always been as ta as a cat in the presence of Aidan Lucas.
