“A boy?” Nolan Lucas’s expression paused montarily.
The man who had not been particularly concerned suddenly beca nervous.
“Yes, it appears to be a boy for now. But it’s only three months along, and we cannot confirm it ultimately. If you’re worried it’s not clear, you can wait until five months to check again.”
The doctor was very amiable.
Every doctor in the Military Hospital knew that Tania Scott was Mr. Scott’s darling and Commander Scott’s treasured daughter.
But that doctor, looking at the sowhat frail Tania Scott, seed hesitant to speak his mind.
Both Nolan Lucas and Tania Scott were clearly excited and thrilled by the word “boy.”

“Tania, be careful… I’ll support you,” Nolan Lucas gently wrapped his arms around Tania Scott as she got off the bed, his expression gentle.
At that mont, Tania too felt sowhat elated.
Excited by the news that she was carrying a son.

“Yes,” Nolan Lucas gently kissed the forehead of the woman in his arms, “You must take good care of yourself and give birth to a healthy baby boy for our Lucas family. Tania, do you know? I am better than Ethan Wilson in everything, except that for now, he has the advantage in the matter of an heir.”
“But now, you are pregnant, carrying my son. Once the child is born, the last gap between Ethan Wilson and will be completely erased.”
Nolan Lucas gazed affectionately at Tania Scott, but Tania felt that what shimred more in his black pupils was the thirst for power and status.
She felt sowhat suffocated and said softly, “Nolan, are you treating our son as a re bargaining chip? I thought what made you happier was that our love had finally borne fruit.”
“Fool,” Nolan Lucas patiently soothed Tania Scott, “My son, how could he be a bargaining chip? The empire I’ve built will one day be his to inherit, he is our treasure, and I won’t allow you to have such silly thoughts.”
Hearing this, Tania Scott felt Nolan Lucas made sense.
This was their child together, who would inherit everything of the Lucas family if born.
“I’m sorry, Nolan, I shouldn’t have thought that way about you.” Tania Scott looked at him guiltily, “I shouldn’t have doubted you.”
Nolan Lucas pulled Tania Scott into his embrace.
His deep, cool gaze filled with calculation.

After the couple left, the nearby head nurse couldn’t help but ask the Chief Physician.
“Miss Scott’s pregnancy doesn’t seem promising, why didn’t you tell them just now?”
The old doctor sighed upon hearing the head nurse’s words, “The serum screening didn’t show any problems, and it’s not certain that there’s an issue with the child. It’s only three months; the B-ultrasound may not be entirely accurate, let’s check again after so ti.”
The nurse, hearing this, didn’t press further.
