He looked at Lily from head to toe with the appreciative gaze a man gives a woman.
"Miss Redington, long ti no see." Nolan Lucas nodded slightly towards Lily, revealing a aningful smile.
He had co to see Brandon Lucas and even when Lily caught him off guard, he appeared composed.
Brandon Lucas, on the other hand, glared fiercely at the butler before cheerfully saying, "Lily, what brings you here? If you need to see , you should just call, and I would co to you. There was no need for you to co all the way here."
Brandon Lucas was courteous in words, but not sincere in his heart.
He had already listened to that recording and was currently shaken, needing ti to process it.
Regardless.
He had already determined to draw clear lines with Aidan Lucas and shift his allegiance to Theodore Lucas.
As such, he no longer had any reason to fear his ex-daughter-in-law, Lily Redington.
Being polite to her was only out of respect for the backing of the Reddington family.
Lily noticed the smugness in Nolan’s eyes.
She ignored it and directly addressed Brandon Lucas, bypassing Nolan, "Mr. Lucas IV, what makes you say that? Since I’m the one looking for you, of course, I should co myself..."
