Unexpectedly, before she could get close to Lily, Aidan Lucas picked up Lily and unabashedly sat on the other side of the sofa.
"If you want to plead, speak properly, don’t touch." Aidan Lucas cast a cold glance at Bella Scott.
The undisguised disdain made Bella Scott’s face turn slightly red.
She used to be the lady of the Ford family, the most favored daughter of the Scott family, never had she been despised like this.
But now, under the eaves, one has to bow.

Upon hearing Bella Scott’s words, Lily and Aidan Lucas exchanged a look, not doubting Bella Scott’s words.
Hannah Ford initially used the identity of Charles Coldwell’s daughter as bait, causing Frank Chamberlain to have to marry her, an orphan without a father or mother.
Not to ntion that Frank Chamberlain truly likes Evelyn Lucas.
Even without Evelyn Lucas, Frank Chamberlain probably wouldn’t spare her.
Lily felt no sympathy for Hannah Ford’s plight.
But she was curious to know more about Frank Chamberlain and Evelyn Lucas, so she deliberately asked, "Hannah Ford is going to marry Frank Chamberlain, why would he torture her?"
"Obviously it’s all because of Evelyn Lucas!" Bella Scott said resentfully, with a hint of malice in her gentle peach blossom eyes.
"Who knows what kind of poison Evelyn Lucas has fed Frank Chamberlain, she’s clearly the forr President’s widow, why can she be on equal grounds with soone clean like Hannah, who’s unmarried?"
Speaking of this, Bella Scott raised her head again, looking at Lily with pleading eyes.

"Save her? Don’t forget how you and your precious Hannah Ford treated back then. At this point, you should be begging Mr. Scott, Mason Scott, anyone who can support you, instead of ."
Lily truly laughed.
Is Bella Scott genuinely naive, or just plain stupid.
Why would she think at this mont, Lily would still have any sympathy for her, for Hannah Ford.
