Chapter 2006: Chapter 2018: Dating with Marriage as the Premise
Norman York continued, “Moreover, Uncle, like Molly, also really likes your Skye’s mother. Doesn’t Molly want more people in this world to like your Skye’s mother and be good to her, hmm?”
A speech not only aid at persuading Molly Wellington but was also an indirect confession!!!
Sitting on the sofa, holding Molly Wellington with both arms and just about to correct Norman York’s way of addressing her, Skye Brown was suddenly stunned by the word ‘like’ from Norman York.
Like… what… Norman York likes her?!
“Norman York, don’t say nonsense in front of the children, you’ll corrupt them…” Skye instinctively stopped Norman York, and the first thought that ca up in her mind was not letting Molly hear it.
The feeling was so peculiar, as if listening to Norman York’s words would betray Molly.
“Oh, so your aning is, it’s okay to say it when not in front of the kids? Fine, then I’ll find a chance when it’s just the two of us next ti, and say it again.”
“No, that’s not what I ant…”
Skye wanted to explain further, but Molly Wellington, who was nestled in her arms, suddenly exclaid —

Molly Wellington was terrified, holding onto Skye tightly and refusing to let go.

Every drop of her tear makes Skye’s heart ache.
Totally distracted from dealing with Norman York’s confession.
Skye could finally coax Molly Wellington to sleep; she lifted the little Dumpling up gently and placed her back on the bed.
Then used a wet towel to wipe her face, watched over her until she sweated, changed her clothes, and pushed out from the bedroom.
Norman York: “Skye…”
“Mr. York, you see my situation… I am unmarried but several years older than you, not really interested in dating young guys like you. The thing you said just now, I’ll take it as a joke, this joke is too big and a bit scary… It made Molly laugh to the point of tears, let’s not ntion it again in the future.”
Now, there’s no way to drive Norman York away; Skye knows he’s right, the paparazzi wouldn’t leave so easily.
They might stay at the stairs or even downstairs, at least wait for one night before doing anything.
So, for both Norman York’s sake and her own peace, Skye decided to let him stay in the living room for one night tonight.
But— the premise is she must make things clear with Norman York.
Yet, as soon as Skye finished speaking, Norman York furrowed his brows.
He frowned, his deep, cold eyes intensely gazing at Skye, firmly unmoving.
“Who said I just want to date you… Skye, I want not just to date you, I also want to marry you. No, it should be Skye… Skye, I like you, I’m very sure about what I want, I want to date you with marriage as the premise.”
