Little Molly sat in the dining room, watching the two busy figures in the kitchen, a faint light flickering in her pretty almond-shaped eyes.
After breakfast, she then realized… just now, she had actually been ‘bribed’ by Daddy’s rival, too.
Sigh…
Little Molly sighed.
Daddy, where on earth have you gone, why haven’t you shown up yet?
If you don’t co soon, Skye’s mother is going to be carried away by the big bad wolf!

“Alright, let’s head to the film set now…” Skye Brown got ready, wearing her overcoat and backpack, then was about to pick up the dressed little Molly.
“Let carry her…”
At that mont, a pair of big hands lifted Molly Wellington, leaving Skye’s hands empty.
“You?” Skye heard Norman York’s words, a bit surprised.
“No, I want Skye’s mother to hold …” Little Molly also protested.
But Norman York smoothly pulled up a black mask, held Molly Wellington in his arm, and lifted her with one hand.
“Molly, you need to be good. Your Skye’s mother is a woman, and won should be pampered by n. If she carries you, her hands will get tired.”
With just one simple sentence, Little Molly closed her mouth… she didn’t want Skye’s mother to be tired.
Oh no, there was a little person rolling and struggling in Molly Wellington’s heart—so annoying, this movie star uncle is such a smooth talker, even she couldn’t help but side with him.
“No need, I’m not tired, let hold her…” Skye, however, was reluctant to let go and wanted to take her daughter back.
But Norman York avoided her, holding little Molly with one hand.
“Really, is there a need to fight over such a small thing? Let’s hurry to the film set, I ca quietly without a car, you take the car key, I’ll go with you.”
With that, Norman York opened the door and went out with Molly Wellington in his arms.
Skye had no choice but to grab the key, lock the door, and chase after them.
The three of them, two adults and one child, entered the elevator, which went straight down to the underground parking lot.
Skye’s delicate eyebrows were slightly furrowed all the way, always feeling that Norman York’s attitude towards her wasn’t right.
Looks like last night, she didn’t make herself clear enough when talking to Norman York, she needs to find ti to talk to him again—
Thinking this, ding dong, the elevator door opened.
Norman York, carrying Molly Wellington, strode out, with Skye following closely.
Unexpectedly, as soon as the three walked out of the elevator, a flash of magnesium light went off.
Skye’s heart skipped a beat, she quickly looked up, instinctively ran to Norman York’s side, and used her hand to shield Molly Wellington’s face.
Norman York’s ink-black brows also furrowed sharply.
He imdiately held little Molly tightly, his big hand pressing on the back of her head, stuffing her whole face into his overcoat collar.
Little Molly made a couple of murmuring sounds, seemingly resistant.
Skye quickly told her to hide well, and only then did the child stop struggling, obediently burying herself in the movie star uncle’s arms, slling the cool and pleasant scent on his body.
Just as Molly Wellington hid well, two n dressed like paparazzi dashed out from the corner.
Norman York recognized them; they were the ones who had followed him all day yesterday and finally waited outside Skye’s house, temporarily fooled by Molly Wellington’s words.
His brows tightly knit, a cold gleam flashed in his deep eyes.
His long legs sped up further… just then, another flash went off from the right.
Skye turned her head to look and her face instantly changed.
She had thought there were only these two paparazzi; unexpectedly, hidden at the other end of the garage was a whole group of people.
Unlike the two paparazzi, the group running from that side consisted entirely of reporters from regular TV stations and video streaming platforms.
More than twenty reporters surged forward, wielding microphones and carrying caras, squeezing Skye, Norman York, and the little Molly Wellington in his arms together.
