Chapter 671: Chapter 674: Recalling the Past (Extra 2)
Noah Ford’s figure swayed, almost unable to stand due to Madam Ford’s harsh words.
He took a deep breath, gripping the doorknob with his left hand to steady himself.
“Mom…” Noah lowered his voice, speaking solemnly, “Lilith is my daughter.”
“Noah Ford, stop daydreaming! She’s Sylvia’s and Ken Redington’s daughter.”
Just like every ti before.
Every ti when Noah was hopeful about the future, Madam Ford ruthlessly crushed his dreams.
Over the phone, Madam Ford’s old and cold voice slowly ca through, “Mom knows that you still can’t forget about Sylvia. I also admit that forcing you to marry Bella may have been a mistake in my judgnt.”
After all, no one would have expected that Larry Scott could have reached such heights.
At that ti, Larry, the heir to the Scott family, had not yet grown up.
From outsiders’ perspectives, it was clear that Bella, who was doted on by her father Mason Scott, was a better match compared to the siblings Sylvia and Larry, who lost their mother and were ostracized by their father.
Sylvia and Larry were both children of Mason Scott’s first wife, Sophia Origin.
On the other hand, Bella was the daughter of Mason Scott’s second wife, Wendy Jenkins, whom he married after Sophia died.
Mason was completely devoted to Wendy, and he cherished and adored Bella.

Years later, everything seed to have settled down.
Sylvia t Ken Redington, the Duke of Reddington, in Europe, and they began a passionate love affair.
Because of this romance, Sylvia gradually erged from the shadow of the past.
Since Bella was once her loving sister, and apart from that one incident, she had always been genuinely kind to Sylvia, the sisters quickly reconciled.
However, after giving birth to David Redington, Sylvia had an argunt with Duke Redington and fled to M Country for a change of heart, staying in her sister’s manor.
At that ti, Sylvia had already reached a state of indifference towards Noah.
Noah also acted like a respectful brother-in-law.
But nobody knew how ecstatic he was when he heard that Sylvia was coming over.
Noah seed to have beco several years younger, eagerly looking forward to running into Sylvia in the manor.
Soon, Bella was diagnosed as pregnant.
Imdiately after, Sylvia began experiencing morning sickness, and it was discovered that she had been carrying a baby for quite so ti.
Sylvia was still angry with Ken and claid that she would stay single in M Country to have her baby.
And Bella was more than happy to have her sister accompany her.
The two pregnant won exchanged childcare tips, and on the surface, everything seed fine.
It wasn’t until later when Bella was told by the doctor during a prenatal checkup that her baby’s heartbeat was very weak and that even if it survived, it wouldn’t be in good health.
So once again, Bella set her sights on her sister.

When their due dates approached, both won went into labor simultaneously. In the end, Sylvia’s baby was stillborn, while Bella’s baby survived.

Madam Ford’s voice ca through on the phone.
Her words pulled Noah back from his distant mories.
