Lily Gray could feel that the attitude of the Ford family towards her was insincere, to say the least.

Only Oliver stood by her like a sturdy tree, sheltering her from the rain and wind, pampering her, helping her.
He could bear the pressure from Madam Ford to look after her and assist her in running the company.
Lily felt that, for Oliver, the burdens he carried had already been too much.
She did not wish to cause more troubles for Oliver because of herself.
So she decided, only when she could no longer hide her pregnancy, she would tell him about it.
Fortunately, even though she was carrying twins in her belly, which looked obviously larger than when she was carrying Lucas alone, her morning sickness only lasted a week and then suddenly vanished.

“Co in,” Rachel called.
An Asian nurse poked her head in, “I’m sorry for the interruption, Dr. Geller, are you finished with your consultation? The CEO is here, and the hospital director has asked for you.”
This private hospital was part of the Reddington Group.
Although Rachel was only in her thirties, she was a top student who had graduated from a prestigious dical school with rich clinical experience.
She was one of the key attractions in this private hospital’s obstetrics and gynecology departnt, so naturally, the director would want her present when the CEO ca to inspect.
With a cheerful smile, Rachel rose from her chair, “Alright, I just finished. I’ll be right there.”
Knowing that the CEO was coming over, Lily was the last patient scheduled for Rachel today. One of Rachel’s greatest hobbies was watching handso n, so how could she miss the chance to observe the stunningly handso CEO?
Just as she was about to leave, she noticed Lily hadn’t left yet. Winking at Lily, Rachel said, “I’ll walk you out, and on the way, you can see our CEO. He’s extrely handso, I promise you won’t regret it!”
