Lily Gray was sowhat powerless against Sylvia Scott’s enthusiasm.
She looked up unnaturally, casting her gaze at David Redington.
Picking up on Lily Gray’s plea for help, David Redington understood imdiately.
He walked over, helped Sylvia Scott up, and softly said to her, “Lily is very guarded about this matter of recognizing relatives. I’ve already notified the hospital to send soone to collect samples for a DNA test. Before the results co out, it’s best for you to restrain yourself a bit.”
“I…alright…I’ll restrain myself,” Although Sylvia Scott said this, her beautiful peach blossom-like eyes never left Lily Gray’s figure.
She wanted to look more at her daughter, she wanted to get closer to her daughter. Wishing she could sit next to her, hold her hand, and show her concern.

“Old man, enough – ” David Redington stepped forward, pulling Duke Reddington away.
He had always disliked the Duke. Seeing him now, holding on to Lily and not letting her go, made David Redington even more displeased.

Later, the cry of the baby in the room once again captured their attention.
This ti was good, the daughter, grandson, and granddaughter…filled the Duke and Duchess’s hearts all at once.
When the DNA test results ca out, without any suspense, they were indeed a family.
Initially guarded, Lily Gray was eventually softened by the sincere love and enthusiasm of the Duke and Duchess. In the end, she agreed to go ho with them.
