In recent years, with the booming developnt of the entertainnt industry, the Gray family had spare cash and invested in a project in the new district, building an office building on its comrcial street.
Because the new district was developing so rapidly, the value of the office building naturally soared.
This project was initially proposed by Director Hamilton.
As it proved his unique vision and foresight, Director Hamilton was quite proud of it for a while.
But now, the docunt in his hands clearly stated.
Just last month, at the end of the month, Rowena Gray used this office building as collateral for a loan from a foreign-funded bank in A City of seventy five million dollars.
“Seventy five million dollars, borrowed last month! Rowena Gray, no wonder you were so generous, buying three seven and a half million-dollar mansions at once, so that’s where the money ca from!”
“That’s not it, Director Hamilton, that money was from Mr. Taylor…”

“The office building you mortgaged is worth far more than seventy five million. But to expedite the loan approval, you mortgaged the office building at that low price of seventy five million. Not only that, you applied for the loan under the guise of future renovation and expansion. After the bank approved the loan, they wouldn’t deposit the funds directly into the Gray family’s account, but would instead transfer the money to a third party, naly the remodeling contractor you appointed.”
“And this just so happened to give you a loophole. The remodeling contractor was your own shell company outside, which ans you mortgaged the Gray family’s assets for a loan of seventy five million, and after the bank approved it, the money didn’t go into the Gray family’s account, but directly into your own shell company’s account.”
