“Milly, you’re so lucky. Mr. Taylor treats you even better than his own daughter, we’re all incredibly jealous. Now, Mr. Cooper’s son can’t stay away from you either. I think you’re definitely going to marry Mr. Cooper in the future.”
“What are you talking about? That’s not even close to happening. Don’t talk nonsense!” Milly responded, putting on a show of seeming shy and embarrassed as if they’d hit a sensitive topic.
But inside, she was panic-stricken.
In the past, she’d always pretended to be favoured by Aidan Lucas and had stirred up a lot of rumors in the industry.
But since the day Aidan Lucas had harshly ‘schooled’ her,
