The animals in the zoo each had their roles to play, and with their chanized bodies, their intelligence had slightly increased.

Though nowhere near humans, they now had "organization".

Just as Bai Wu decided to head towards the remains of two herbivorous animals, a gorilla suddenly appeared.

It was fully encased in a sinister, dark green tallic shell, but the exaggerated musculature was still visible.

This gorilla seed to play the role of a rescuer. After the massive Wang Cai wreaked havoc, it searched for the unlucky victims crushed by Wang Cai.

The following scene shocked Bai Wu’s 24k dog eyes.

He restrained the lion that wanted to pounce and kill the gorilla and watched the whole process.

He also live stread the entire sequence.

During this ti, the gorilla with incredible speed and proficiency fused the bodies of the antelope and the elk.

Flas reflected in its eyes as if it were welding the body scraps together. After patching things up, the gorilla began to insert the power core.

The antelope and elk beca lively and frisky once again.

It was then that Bai Wu realized why chanical creatures were hard to kill. As long as the core was intact, even if the body was completely shattered, they could still function if pieced together.

But it wasn’t over yet; after a series of commands from the gorilla, the antelope left, and the elk stayed. The scene that followed was extrely uncomfortable to watch.

The gorilla may have played the role of a rescuer, but it was no philanthropist. After completing these tasks, it began to caress the elk.

It let out excited roars from ti to ti, like the clamor of a horn pressed continuously.

What initially appeared to be a dry action slowly beca slippery, as they got excited and began to exchange fluids.

Even the ordinarily composed Bai Wu was stunned by this scene.

He felt as if he was witnessing his own fate...

He knew chanical creatures still retained many biological habits, but he never imagined they possessed such a desire for mating across species.

Rembering he was still live streaming, Bai Wu sprung into action.

He had seen many films, Japanese, Korean, European, Arican, Russian, and local amateur ones. He knew so people even liked Cthulhu-esque beings, but this was his first ti seeing a chanical film.

Fortunately, these creatures had no genitals. Otherwise, the image in his mind would probably be that of a titanium alloy spiral lance, forcibly inserted into a USB port?

The negative effects caused by a thirst for war were about to erupt, and Bai Wu had no choice but to interrupt them.

The lion burst in from a hundred ters away and with a paralyzing roar, caused the wet gorilla and elk to short-circuit temporarily.

In the next mont, the chanical Lion, with absolute supremacy, quickly killed the two Evil Fallen.

A level-five Evil Fallen against level-three Evil Fallen, especially when the latter were in a confused state; the fight ended quickly.

After this small interzzo, Bai Wu began a widescale search. He needed to find sothing for the lion to do.

Otherwise, there was the risk of getting sprayed in the face with fluids.

"Compared to the previous areas, since there are no survivors in the zoo, all clues about that Siberian Husky must be hidden in various strongholds."

There wasn’t much need for brainstorming; Bai Wu was sure the next step was just to run around and search.

With the chanical Lion, although the zoo area was much larger than any area he had encountered before, he was still efficiently conducting the search.

In the six hours that followed, there were two events worth ntioning for Bai Wu.

The first was that his Innate Force had broken through.

The mysterious sensation Wang Shi spoke of was actually a multiple-choice question. Vitality, regeneration, speed, strength, perception.

In his consciousness, he would see five differently colored energy orbs, and touching one would grant him an enhancent in the corresponding attribute.

But Bai Wu didn’t feel this mysterious sensation.

Prayle’s Eye made everything very straightforward, everything turned into data, and there wasn’t even any fluctuation in his consciousness—just a dialogue box popped up.

[level up!]

[Congratulations, you’ve leveled up! You have now reached the second tier, third rank. You’ve evolved from a third-rate fighter to a fifth-rate one! But don’t be discouraged, after all, your rate of progress is monstrous in the eyes of those from the Investigation Corps. Now tell quickly, which additional attributes do you wish to enhance? You have two chances.]

The reason for being at the second tier, third rank, instead of the first rank, was due to the varying ti coefficients in each color-coded area.

In the blue area, four hours was equivalent to eight hours in the white area. Bai Wu had also discovered sothing because of this.

If one transferred midway from the white area to the blue area, the ti coefficient wouldn’t change.

Most of the ti, only when you passed through the exit of the High Tower and chose the blue area would the ti coefficient transform.

The purple area’s ti was double that of the blue area, while the red area, that reportedly extrely twisted region, was four tis that of the purple area.

But Bai Wu, despite his great skills and courage, wasn’t yet ready to venture into those domains prematurely.

As for the two extra skill points that ca with leveling up, Bai Wu ultimately chose life regeneration speed and strength.

With Prayle’s Eye, coupled with an almost Evil Fallen-like invisibility due to his emotional deficiency physique, Bai Wu didn’t need much enhancent in terms of perception.

When facing a powerful opponent, even if the life force limit was raised, it would still be an instant kill.

But life regeneration speed allowed him to quickly regroup and co back to fight even after non-fatal injuries.

As for strength, that was essential. The reason Wu Jiu specialized was because he still had an ace talent up his sleeve and didn’t need to consider attributes other than speed.

Taking all of this into consideration, Bai Wu was preparing for a tank-oriented battle route. But he didn’t rule out so special circumstances in the future that might make his attributes quite strange.

For example, a tragic incident like accidentally consuming an Evil Fallen.

...

The second thing was that his second negative trait had arrived.

[Grudge Parasitism: Capable of perceiving the resentnt in certain items through the five senses. Even those of clear mind will generate a great deal of negative emotions.]

This description seed quite mysterious, but it was actually easy to understand. In horror films from Bai Wu’s previous life, there were often such elents, like seeing the shadow of a ghost in the film of a cara, thereby understanding the ghost’s past.

On so tree in the countryside, you’d see soone hung. Even though no one around you could see it, only you could.

Those items afflicted with resentnt normally wouldn’t affect ordinary people unless they were like Hong Yin with maxed-out spiritual power.

But if one were to be afflicted with a negative trait, Grudge Parasitism, the scenario would be completely different.

The world through Bai Wu’s eyes had beco thoroughly distorted.

Where was there any mimicry of an African savannah?

There was only decayed flesh everywhere, swarms of flies, and a zoo in utter ruin. The animals wandering the savannah had all turned into skeletal forms.

Bai Wu could even see the various despair they had experienced at their ti of death.

That resentnt filled the entire zoo, as if suddenly finding a flaw that allowed it to escape.

After Bai Wu was infected with this negative trait, the resentnt poured in frantically...

Under normal circumstances, this would probably terrify soone into paralysis.

Bai Wu wasn’t affected that way. After becoming afflicted with Grudge Parasitism, he just smiled broadly.

He had initially thought that without Cain, he wouldn’t be able to enter the mories of Evil Fallen through text.

But now that problem was solved.

The correct response when encountering Grudge Parasitism was to imdiately start the return disk, holding one’s breath, closing the eyes, and covering the ears.

Bai Wu didn’t need to do any of that. He found all of this to be rather intriguing.

The joy and sorrow of humans and Evil Fallen finally connected; their clamorous voices would reveal to him the true story behind this zoo.

In the six hours of searching, Bai Wu had already found many textual materials.

These materials were fragnted, and he could only piece together parts of them.

But now, Bai Wu could perceive the despair and hate of those who had written these texts through Grudge Parasitism.
