When Wufu and Changping arrived at Guan Chuying’s courtyard, she was diligently embroidering with an embroidery fra. Upon seeing them, she didn’t stand up; she rely lifted her eyelids and managed a faint smile.
"You’re here. I’m feeling lazy, so I won’t get up. Take a seat," Guan Chuying said with a distant smile.
Wufu noticed that smile and felt extrely troubled. A forced smile is worse than no smile at all!
"Chuying, it’s only been a few days. How have you lost so much weight?" Changping exclaid in shock. Was the blow of a broken engagent truly this severe?
