May Sloane looked at her with so confusion, "Miss Thorne, do you know ?"
Georgia Thorne’s voice turned cold, "You’re Tiana’s agent, of course I know you."
Tiana Thorne detected hostility in her voice but said nothing, quietly listening to see what she was going to do.
"You should leave now." Georgia pointed to the door, her expression was icy, devoid of any softness, with a hint of anger between her brows.
"Gigi, Miss Sloane is a guest." Sean Thorne frowned, reminding her not to go too far.
"Dad, she is a guest indeed, but do you know how she treated Tiana in the past?"
May Sloane: "..."
It turns out the Thorne family’s elder daughter was standing up for her sister.
For a mont, she didn’t know what to say, indeed there was a ti she was excessive toward Tiana.
"Alright, that’s all in the past now," Sean Thorne said.
Georgia looked coldly at May, observing her lowered eyes, recalling how she mistreated Tiana, her words beca even harsher, "Even though it was in the past, I rember it clearly."
Tiana herself didn’t speak, since May Sloane had been good to her; thus, she hardly rembered so of the unpleasant past events.
"Tiana went to audition for the lead actress role, and she dragged her down from behind, arguing with Tiana, making her lose focus, and her career plumted."
"In winter, she got Tiana a bikini advertisent, freezing her so much she fell ill, suffering from recurring fevers for half a month."
"As her agent, when Tiana’s fa declined, instead of taking care of her properly, she sought to distance herself, gifting everywhere, forging connections, waiting for others to poach her at a high price."
Sean Thorne listened to all this and indeed felt that this girl was despicable.
However, since she entered the house, she had shown nothing but obedient and sensible behavior.
"Dad, you haven’t been in the entertainnt circle, you don’t know how fake people are. May Sloane just says what people want to hear. When Tiana was down, she avoided her; now that Tiana is doing well, she rushes to get close."
Saying this, Georgia’s eyes turned even colder, looking at May with undisguised disdain, "Please leave."

Her heart stirred from these words.
She had indeed done many wrong things in the past.
She didn’t expect Tiana had spoken to Georgia about it.
May remained still, unsure whether to leave or stay for the mont.
She only felt that Georgia was not easy to deal with, rendering her speechless in just a few sentences, making her feel nervous and panicked.

Because Georgia was acting out of her own good, she naturally spoke to her more gently.
Her heart, however, had other thoughts.

If it were truly as she said, why didn’t Georgia intercede to stop May when she was hurt?

This made her more convinced that her sister wasn’t truly sincere to her.
"Tiana, after all she’s done to you, are you still going to protect her?"
Tiana slowly lifted her gaze, her beautiful fox-like eyes twinkling, and finally said, "Even if she treated poorly in the past, she never left."

Tiana laughed, "Sis, you were mistaken, it’s not that no one wanted her. I know once a company was willing to compensate May Sloane with a high amount for breaking the contract unilaterally, to have her take a new talent under her wing. May considered for three days and ultimately refused."
May Sloane was slightly stunned, not expecting Tiana knew everything at that ti.

May Sloane listened, feeling a sting at her nose, a sudden surge of tears welling up in her eyes.
She didn’t expect Tiana would defend her like this.
Georgia understood her aning, which was a sign for her not to sow discord.
Slightly furrowing her brows, she did not respond.
Seeing this, Tiana added, "During this period, I’ve started anew, living a fresh life, and experienced many things. Each ti, whether good or bad, May Sloane was beside ."
She then narrowed her eyes, the look inside was very deep, words clear, "Sis, don’t worry about this, if you truly want to help , you should treat everyone around well, not co to hold accountable soone who genuinely treats well after so much ti has passed."

If she knew May treated Tiana poorly before, why did she only know without taking steps to protect her?
Now, the collaboration between Tiana and May is unbreakable, feelings have ford, and Georgia suddenly steps in to teach May a lesson, long after, apparently raising a suspicion of sowing discord.
Sean Thorne listened to his daughters’ conversation, his expression deepened, his heart aching a bit.
May Sloane also suddenly realized, overturning her previous thoughts.
Was Georgia truly sincere towards Tiana?
It was a bit obscure, hard to see.
Georgia did not get angry, her beautiful face seemingly capable of maintaining composure under any circumstances, dignified and elegant, retaining a lady’s deportnt without losing the grace of an elder sister.
After a short silence, she gently curled her lips, her voice fond, "If I don’t worry about you, who will? Since you trust her, I am an outsider, what can I say? Tiana, being kind to people is fine, but rember, never be without vigilance."
Tiana curled her lips into a smile too, the dimples on her cheeks made her appear harmless, showing two cute little fangs that were quite disarming.
