It works like regret dicine; it can transfer his soul, not just a few monts back in the past; if his chakra is enough, he can even go back to the ti of his birth; most importantly, his mangekyō, chakra, and even strength will be transferred back along with his soul.
As for jump ability, it is more outrageous than recall; it can transfer his soul at any point in the future, from one second to an infinite distance.
