"Emmm…"

Hearing Beerus's confident conclusion, Zeru was montarily speechless.

Honestly, he hadn't expected that the Super Saiyan God in Beerus's dream would turn out to be him.

And even stranger—

If that was the case in this tiline, then who was the Super Saiyan God Beerus dread of in the original story?

Could it really be Yamoshi, the ancestral Saiyan, as so rumors suggested?

"Relax. Even if that Super Saiyan God is , I wouldn't kill you. At most…" Zeru grinned mischievously. "If I'm in a bad mood, I might just beat you up a bit."

He waved it off casually.

Whether or not he was the figure from Beerus's dream didn't matter much to him. As for the idea that he would kill Beerus, that was clearly impossible. Zeru wasn't soone who would act maliciously, especially toward a character like Beerus.

"Alright, let's drop that topic for now."

Whis stepped in with a smile, changing the subject. "Zeru, what about the Earth food you promised?"

Without another word, Zeru tossed out over a dozen boxes of instant noodles from his system inventory.

"These need hot water," he added. "I didn't think of that earlier. I'll head back to Earth—"

"No need."

Whis smiled and pulled a box toward himself. After reading the instructions, he added the seasoning.

Snap!

With a light flick of his fingers, the cup instantly filled with boiling water.

"Oh?"

Zeru raised an eyebrow, amused.

Angels really had all sorts of abilities—even trivial ones like this.

After about three minutes, the noodles were ready.

The mont the lid was lifted—

Beerus's eyes widened.

He rushed forward, sniffed deeply, then snatched the cup from Whis.

Slurp! Slurp!

Without hesitation, he grabbed the noodles with his hands and started eating, his face lighting up with satisfaction.

It might not have been the proper way to eat them—

But the taste was incredible.

"Um… Lord Beerus, you're supposed to use chopsticks."

Whis chuckled, holding up a pair.

"Ah?"

Beerus paused, glanced at the chopsticks, then at the nearly empty cup.

After a mont—

He ignored them and kept eating with his hands.

"Hahaha!"

Zeru and Whis burst into laughter.

Dragon Ball GT Tiline, Age 767, May 26.

Zeru returned to Earth.

"The Cell Gas should be today…"

After calculating the date, his his gaze sharpened. He closed them briefly to sense Goku and the others—

Then vanished.

In the next instant, he appeared above an island.

Looking down, he saw a massive arena.

Goku and Cell stood facing each other.

Neither moved.

"Heh. Didn't expect you to go first."

Cell smirked. "Shouldn't the most exciting part co last?"

He spread his arms, scanning the others below.

"I'll give you a chance. Step down and send soone else to die first."

Arrogant.

That was Cell.

In his eyes, no one here was a match for him.

"I heard you can use all my techniques."

Goku ignored the taunt, dropping into a fighting stance.

"In that case… let be the first to test your strength!"

"Hahaha! Interesting!"

Cell laughed.

Step!

Goku moved first.

In an instant, he appeared before Cell.

Bang!

A punch sent Cell sliding back several steps. Goku followed up imdiately, driving him toward the edge of the arena.

"Is it over already?"

Everyone below widened their eyes.

"Heh."

At the edge, Cell stabilized himself, arms crossed.

"Not bad. Did you enjoy that little test?"

Before Goku could respond—

He attacked again.

This ti, his entire assault was effortlessly blocked.

Bang!

Cell countered with a kick, sending Goku flying to the opposite edge.

"Goku!"

Krillin shouted.

"I'm fine!"

Goku waved back with a smile.

But—

Whoosh!

Cell moved again.

"You dare lose focus in a fight against ? Then I'll kill you."

With Saiyan instincts in his genes, Cell took combat seriously.

And now—

The beating began.

A complete domination.

In this GT tiline, everyone's strength had reverted to their original levels.

Goku, even as Super Saiyan, only had 4.5 billion.

Cell, in his perfect form—

6 billion.

The gap was undeniable.

"It's over… even Goku isn't a match for him!"

Krillin and the others turned pale.

"Why hasn't Uncle Zeru co back yet?!"

Gohan, still in Super Saiyan form, clenched his fists, his eyes fixed on the arena.

"At this rate… Dad will be killed!"

Cough! Cough!

On the stage, Goku had already reverted to base form, coughing blood as he lay on the ground.

He looked—

Helpless.

"Son Goku… I intended to kill you last."

Cell walked closer, a cruel smile on his face.

"But since you insisted on dying first… I'll grant your wish."

He sneered.

"In your next life, I hope I et a worthy opponent like you again."

"Heh."

A soft chuckle echoed.

"Who?!"

Cell's expression changed instantly.

He turned—

And saw Zeru standing in the sky, arms behind his back.

"Who are you? How dare you laugh at ?!"

Cell narrowed his eyes.

But below—

Everyone else reacted differently.

"Brother Zeru!"

"Zeru?!"

"Uncle Zeru!"

Their faces lit up with excitent.

Their final hope—

Had returned.
