"Mr. Popo, could I trouble you to look after this cat for two days?"The little black furball of a cat had been quietly following them all the way.

"Don't worry, I'll take good care of it." Mr. Popo nodded, then kindly reminded, "Once you're inside the Hyperbolic Ti Chamber, your contact with the outside world might be cut off. If there's anyone important you need to stay in touch with, you'd better handle that now."

This guy's really dependable.Levos quietly admired him.

"This capsule contains a communicator that can contact the Galactic Patrol. Please set it up on the plaza."

"This phone is for the servant of Fortuneteller Baba. If you receive a call from them, please notify us imdiately."

Mr. Popo nodded. "Understood."

Once all the outside matters were settled, it was ti to enter the Hyperbolic Ti Chamber.

Levos pushed open the stone door and stepped inside without hesitation.

He squinted, adjusting to the bright white light.

In the blink of an eye, he found himself standing in a boundless white space.

Everything around him was pure white, as if the space was entirely constructed of it.

There was nothing else here.

It even felt like the air itself had grown thin.

A deep, suffocating sense of loneliness crept over him.

It was an uncomfortable sensation.

Thankfully, to his right, Bulma was already curiously looking around.

"This place is so vast."

"Yeah, the space inside is about the size of Earth. The temperature ranges from fifty degrees Celsius to negative forty."

"That ans we'll need to build a separate lab to deal with the extre climate." Bulma frowned slightly.

"Exactly. And we should set it up near the entrance."

Levos wasn't particularly confident in his willpower or ntal fortitude.

If he got lost in the deeper parts of the chamber or started hallucinating, it would be ga over.

Being able to always see the exit would at least give him a bit of peace of mind.

The chamber provided food, water, and basic shelter.

But the facilities here obviously weren't nearly as comfortable as what Bulma could bring in using her capsules.

Bulma opened her capsule case.

Bang, bang, bang.

In just monts, a cluster of buildings sprang up around the entrance to the Hyperbolic Ti Chamber.

Levos stared in shock.

"This is a luxury suite, with each room equipped with hot showers. We'll stay here," Bulma explained. "That's the dining hall, and over there are the pool, recreation room, gym, storage, and cold storage buildings."

"And that spherical building? That's the gravity chamber you ntioned."

"As for the most important piece, the laboratory, that's this largest do structure in the center. It's three stories tall and even cos with its own parts processing factory."

"All of the buildings are fully self-powered and run on smart systems."

Is she secretly Doraemon?!

Levos rubbed his eyes to make sure he wasn't hallucinating.

"Okay, I'll sort through all the Android research materials. You can take so ti to explore the place and get familiar with the environnt."

Levos had seriously underestimated the resources of the world's richest woman.

But now wasn't the ti to be impressed.

He imdiately pushed open the lab door.

A quick scan revealed the lab was far more spacious, clean, and high-tech than he had expected.

There were countless pieces of equipnt and devices whose nas he didn't even recognize, all carefully organized.

Definitely the kind of place a top-tier scientist would work in.

Levos toured all three floors of the lab, familiarizing himself with every room.

His heart was quietly relieved.

The Android Project would definitely succeed.

As for the other facilities like the living quarters, the dining hall, or the pool, he honestly couldn't care less in a world still hanging on the brink of collapse.

After getting a good grasp of the lab setup, Levos went to find Bulma.

Ti to make his final pitch.

Staring into Bulma's eyes, he spoke slowly, his tone soft but firm.

"Doctor, technology itself isn't good or evil. It all depends on who's using it."

Before Levos could finish, Bulma interrupted him. "I know what you're worried about. Don't overthink it."

"I believe you're asking to research this technology to protect ourselves, not to harm others."

"And since I've agreed to help, I'll give it my all."

Her attitude had clearly softened, though she still seed to have reservations about becoming an Android herself.

"You know, if we really manage to save the world, your friends, all those who died, they'll co back."

Bulma's head shot up, her still-elegant face, despite the passage of ti, now filled with confusion.

"Levos, I don't get what you an."

"The people who've passed away, they haven't aged a day. When they return, their bodies will be exactly the sa as when they died."

Bulma's eyes flickered, and she suddenly gave a wry laugh.

"But surely they wouldn't mind if the woman who brought them back was a little older, right?"

Levos smacked his forehead. Why was she missing the point?

"Doctor, you're thinking about it all wrong. The Android technology isn't just about getting super strength and unlimited energy."

"It's about youth. About longevity."

Bulma fell silent, standing there for a long while.

Levos saw a strange glimr in her eyes.

Ti to push a little harder.

"Doctor, your friends have been gone for at least twenty years."

"When they co back, they'll still look just like they did before, but you, well, you'll have changed."

"Imagine if they all showed up at your birthday party. That might get a little awkward, you know?"

"How old are you now? Fifty-five, maybe…"

Bulma's vein popped, and she snapped at him furiously.

"Shut it! Levos, if you're lying to , I swear you're dead at!"

With a dramatic flick of her white lab coat, Bulma stord over to her desk, grabbed the Android 17 schematics, and dove in headfirst.

The massive hourglasses flanking the Hyperbolic Ti Chamber's entrance quietly ticked away.

Two months passed in the blink of an eye.

By now, Bulma had completely mastered the core of Dr. Gero's Android technology.

Levos, having assisted her throughout, had developed his own understanding of this incredible scientific field.

Sure, he hadn't contributed nearly as much, but even the greatest scientists couldn't do everything alone. They always needed assistants.

And that's the role Levos had proudly filled.

All the theory was now solid, and the preparations were fully complete.

Today was the day they would both step into the modification pods and undergo the transformation.

Levos was just about to climb into the green, nutrient-filled pod.

When suddenly, he realized sothing was off.

Through the transparent pod window, he noticed Bulma sitting at the workbench opposite him.

Her expression was… kind of twisted.

And she was letting out weird little noises.

Wait.

No way.

Sothing was definitely wrong.
