As Levos and the others arrived at The Lookout, several startled voices rang out.
"Dabura!"
"Majin Buu!"
Future Trunks and Shin, the Supre Kai, instantly went on high alert, eyes locked on the two uninvited guests.
The rest of the group, however, didn't seem particularly shaken. Clearly, they didn't recognize Buu or Dabura.
But when they caught sight of Levos and Kibito, Shin's face turned to one of shock. He stepped forward and asked, "Mr. Levos, what is the aning of this?"
"Don't worry," Levos said calmly, his tone reassuring. "I'll handle it."
Future Trunks finally let out a breath of relief.
Shin, however, remained visibly shaken. "Mr. Levos, you may not fully understand the kind of horror Majin Buu represents. Just looking at that face is enough to give people nightmares…"
Everyone turned their gaze toward Buu's chubby, round figure.
Honestly, it was hard to believe that this goofy-looking, doughy creature could be so world-ending monster.
Levos glanced at Buu's plump face and interrupted Shin's rant.
"I think Buu looks kind of… cute."
"But " Shin was about to object again when Levos silenced him with a look.
Buu's round eyes blinked curiously. "What does 'cute' an?"
Levos gave him a cheeky wink. "It ans you look very handso."
"Ooh! I get it now!" Buu clapped his hands joyfully. "I'm handso! I'm handso! Oh ho ho!"
Seeing Buu bounce around like an oversized kid, completely carefree, Shin stood frozen in disbelief. He was utterly speechless.
Even Future Trunks was struggling to process it. Back in his tiline, Supre Kai had always described Majin Buu as an evil and savage beast, a creature of pure destruction that would doom the universe upon awakening.
But here, there wasn't a trace of malice. Instead, Buu behaved like an innocent child. It made Trunks question if Shin's judgnt had ever been accurate at all.
Still, when he saw Levos standing confidently by Buu's side, Trunks felt more at ease.
Suddenly, Buu's eyes lit up. "Food! Yummy food!"
He'd spotted a mountain of desserts sitting out on the platform.
"Wait! Buu, hold up!" Levos quickly called out to stop him.
Those desserts were a gift for Champa. If Buu touched them without permission, it could very well lead to disaster.
After all, wasn't it Beerus who blew up a planet over pudding?
Champa was even more possessive when it ca to food.
Levos couldn't afford even the slightest risk.
Fortunately, he had already accounted for this possibility.
When preparing the feast earlier, he had chosen super high-calorie treats all desserts to match Buu's tastes. And he didn't just prepare one portion, either.
He made three capsules of the exact sa stash.
Levos turned to Kikono. "Mr. Kikono, bring out one of the capsules I gave you for safekeeping."
Kikono, trembling slightly, pulled a capsule from his pocket. "Y-yes… here you go, Lord Levos!"
Levos pressed the switch and tossed it into the air.
Poof!
A second mountain of sweet treats appeared right in front of Buu.
"Aweso!" Buu's eyes sparkled as he shouted with glee. "I like you!"
Levos smiled faintly. "Enjoy. I've got so things to take care of."
"Mhm!" Buu nodded obediently.
Levos turned his gaze to Shin, who looked dazed and slightly overwheld.
"Supre Kai, Buu is not the sa creature you rember. His personality has changed… drastically."
Shin suddenly seed to grasp sothing and muttered, "I think I understand now… This must be the result of the Grand Supre Kai's sacrifice…"
With his heightened hearing, Levos clearly caught the murmur. He gave Shin a nod of agreent, then asked, "By the way, where's Goku?"
Mr. Popo stepped forward to answer. "Goku and the other Trunks entered the Hyperbolic Ti Chamber to train."
Levos blinked in surprise. He wondered how long they'd plan to stay inside.
If it weren't for the fact that a crisis could erupt at any mont one that required his presence he'd love to enter and train himself.
anwhile, Shin, watching Buu wolf down sweets, gradually relaxed.
Then he turned to Levos and asked, "So, was your mission successful?"
Levos nodded slightly. "More or less. I took care of three ta-Cooler replicas. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to locate Android 17 yet."
Shin bead with confidence. "That's alright! I'm sure we'll find him eventually!"
"Mm," Levos replied casually.
He then turned to Dabura and gave him a chilling smile. "Demon King Dabura… You turned one of my allies into stone. Do you know how to reverse it?"
A cold bead of sweat trickled down Dabura's temple.
He instantly realized who this man was.
"My apologies for that offense," Dabura said nervously. "It wasn't my intention. At that ti, I was under the mind control of that despicable Babidi. If I could, I'd love nothing more than to make him suffer a thousand tis over!"
Levos said flatly, "Too late. I already absorbed him."
"Damn it!" Dabura clenched his fist in regret but quickly changed tone. "No I an, that's wonderful! You avenged ! Please, allow to atone by undoing the petrification myself."
Dende, who had overheard everything, quickly stepped forward.
"Android 16 is in perfect condition. Please follow ."
Monts later, Android 16 walked out of the temple fully restored, following behind Levos and the others.
Then Levos turned back to Dabura. "Demon King, I'd like to ask you sothing… about the Dark Demon Realm."
Dabura froze, his spine stiffening.
He couldn't bear to et Levos's eyes especially because Levos was staring at him like he was dinner on a platter.
"I… I've been away from the Dark Demon Realm for many years," Dabura stamred. "The ruler has likely changed by now…"
"I see…" Levos tapped his chin, tail swaying lazily. "So you're of no use to anymore?"
Dabura's heart nearly stopped. His back was drenched in cold sweat.
He couldn't bear the thought of being absorbed not like this.
