Levos's heart skipped a beat.
The situation outside the Hyperbolic Ti Chamber must have turned dire there was no ti left to train.
He willed his ki into shape, conjuring armor with magic.
Flash!
The white lab coat dissolved into light, replaced by a sleek black-and-white Frieza Force battle suit that fit his fra like a second skin.
"So even in my base state, I can still use magic now," Levos muttered in mild surprise.
He turned sharply toward Pilaf and the others.
"The exit is really gone?"
Pilaf nodded firmly. "Completely gone!"
Dr. Hedo rubbed his chin. "But rember, Mr. Popo said if you had the ability to tear through dinsional space, we might be able to escape."
Levos exhaled slowly. Just as I thought. Then I'll try.
Breaking through space itself shouldn't be beyond him. Still, he hesitated to transform into Cell Max too much risk of tearing the chamber apart or injuring his allies outside.
"Kaio-ken! Twenty-five tis!"
Crimson energy flared violently across his body, his aura searing against the chamber walls. He pressed his palms together into a seal.
"Shin Kikoho!"
BOOM!
The chamber trembled as an overwhelming wave of energy burst from his palms. Cracks spiderwebbed across the ground, racing outward until the entire dinsion shuddered.
Then the beam ripped through the void itself and vanished.
As the brilliance faded
Ssshhhzzzt
Before them yawned a massive rift in space, a gaping hole nearly a kiloter wide. The edges sparked and hissed, arcs of electricity dancing as the void tried to stitch itself shut.
"We did it! That's the exit…" Levos lowered his hands, though his face was dark. "Looks like I overdid it the chamber's been half-destroyed."
He turned back. "Stay behind and move, quickly!"
"Understood!" the group chorused.
Through the rift, the outer sky was grim and storm-wracked, energy tempests tearing across the heavens.
An endless horde of Fused Zamasu clones flooded the battlefield, with a vast vortex overhead, ready to swallow the world.
Levos's chest tightened. His greatest fear had co true.
Zamasu wasn't just corrupting the universe he had split himself into countless bodies. Worse still, this ti three Dark Saiyans fought alongside him.
The warriors at the temple strained against a colossal energy beam tearing down from the heavens, monts from collapse. Even Supre Kai Shin had resigned himself, leaving his last wishes with Kibito:
"Kibito, everything… I leave to you."
Levos's pupils shrank. He sent a sharp transmission:
"Kibito! No ti to explain. Bring the Elder Kai and Bulma here now!"
Kibito froze, then gasped. "Levos… you survived?!"
Levos had no ti for pleasantries. His body erupted, transforming instantly into Complete Cell Max and stacking Kaio-ken to its limit.
BOOOOM!
The temple quaked beneath the pressure of his unleashed ki. The gathered fighters looked on in shock.
"Don't panic!" Kibito shouted. "Levos has returned he'll find a way to save us!"
Supre Kai Shin blinked in disbelief. "What? Just three minutes outside and he's restored already?"
"No!" Trunks shouted. "Three minutes out here ans eighteen hours in the chamber!"
Relief swept through the temple as every gaze searched for Levos.
Kibito obeyed Levos's words and vanished with Instant Transmission.
Hope rekindled.
Then
He appeared.
"Levos! It really is you!"
"Oh my, you couldn't have arrived at a better ti," Frieza smirked.
Levos ignored the chatter. He flung open a colossal energy barrier, shielding everyone inside.
His palms crackled with searing light as he roared:
"Stellar Burst!!!"
In an instant
Countless beams of energy shot from his hands, streaking like cots, arcing across the sky. Radiant trails lit the heavens like a million fireworks, dazzling and rciless.
The temple shone with blinding brilliance as the beams tore apart the vortex.
BOOM! BOOMBOOMBOOM!
The Stellar Burst hamred the heavens, wave after wave, slamming into the swirling void above.
Shockwaves rippled outward, and the vortex quivered, its monstrous energy beam shattered to dust. For the first ti, the black storm halted.
The attack Gogeta's legendary finishing move rivaled Vegito's Final Kahaha in sheer power.
"Such overwhelming energy… Levos grew stronger again!"
"Impossible how does he wield sothing even stronger than a Final Kahaha?!" Frieza's eyes widened.
"You really are a genius in battle, Levos," Cooler admitted, "to craft a technique like this from nothing."
Levos said nothing. He couldn't reveal the move's true origin. In this tiline, Gogeta did not exist.
But his blow had bought them precious ti.
The corrupted skies lit up, forcing back the darkness.
And then
A grotesque face erged in the vortex itself, Fused Zamasu's snarl filling the heavens.
The surrounding clones twisted with rage, unleashing shrieks that split the air.
"This cannot be! No mortal can stop ! Who dares?!"
Bloodshot eyes spun wildly until every gaze locked onto the temple.
Onto Levos.
"You damned mortal! You won't interfere again!"
The roars rged into one deafening cry, shaking the universe.
Above, the vortex twisted faster.
And around the temple, the countless Zamasu clones finally moved.
Dark purple flesh writhed and swelled, warping their forms into hulking, blood-crazed beasts.
Their eyes turned crimson. Their sanity vanished.
Like rabid monsters, they hurled themselves toward the temple.
"What's happening now?!"
"They're mutating!"
"Levos, should we retreat?"
"There are too many! They can't be killed!"
Levos narrowed his gaze, stepping to the front, his expression hardening.
The swarm descended like locusts, endless and rciless.
And Levos braced himself for the storm.
