Outside the Hyperbolic Ti Chamber.

Levos quickly pulled out his computer, logged into the forum, and found the post selling the blue-skinned bullfrog.

The post was still there. The attached photo made it clear this was the Nakian frog.

The two antennae on its forehead were unforgettable.

But when Levos scrolled to the bottom of the post, his heart sank.

The deal had already been completed.

Ginyu had already been sold!

Levos's pupils shrank.

He imdiately checked the buyer's address in the comnts and blasted off from the Lookout without even bothering to greet Mr. Popo.

He leapt straight off the platform and shot toward West City at top speed.

Looking up at the sky, it was pitch-black.

Levos rembered clearly by noon tomorrow, Babidi's Martial Arts Tournant would begin.

He urgently needed to reach Ginyu's location and rescue him.

The buyer had specifically ntioned that he planned to dissect this rare blue bullfrog.

And it had already been half a day since the transaction was completed.

He might have already missed the best window to save him.

Ginyu, hang in there!

Levos clenched his fists and silently cheered Ginyu on.

The sky was dark and heavy, with no moonlight at all.

The roar of the wind echoed past him as Levos pushed his flight speed to the limit, racing through the night sky.

After nearly twenty minutes of high-speed flight, he finally reached West City.

Boom!

A crater ford in the hard pavent where he landed.

He quickly searched for street signs to confirm his location.

Pulling a folded paper map of West City from his pocket, he pinpointed his position and imdiately flew toward the target address.

His figure left behind a blur as he zipped through countless streets and intersections like a bolt of lightning.

The sonic booms from his flight echoed through the city only after he had long vanished, and the turbulent shockwaves shattered countless windows along his path.

Fortunately, the streets were abandoned and there were no civilians around. His terrifying speed didn't cause any accidents.

Since becoming an android, Levos's reaction ti and dynamic vision had evolved to an inhuman level.

Flying at supersonic speeds through a ruined city filled with obstacles? Child's play.

The gusts trailing behind him howled like monstrous roars, shaking the entire city.

Many survivors hiding underground curiously erged, stunned by the destruction that looked like a tornado had just passed through.

The scale of the devastation left many speechless, reminding them of the two demons who had once nearly destroyed the world.

A minute later, Levos abruptly decelerated and stopped in front of a residential district.

It should be nearby!

But just as he took a few steps forward, sothing felt off.

His instincts scread at him.

He stopped dead in his tracks, scanning his surroundings with sharp, vigilant eyes.

The dim, desolate street was silent. No signs of life, just the occasional hoot of an owl.

"Who's there? Stop hiding and co out!" Levos barked coldly, his gaze razor-sharp.

He still hadn't learned how to sense energy, so he could only rely on his eyes to carefully scan the area.

"Ohohoho… I didn't expect you to find so quickly, Earthling!" A chilling laugh echoed in the darkness.

Levos frowned. That voice… That person…

Impossible!

His heart pounded violently as a terrifying possibility crept into his mind.

Could it be… him?

Far to the north, in a land of endless snow and ice, the ruins of a tall tower stood eerily alone amid the blizzard.

No signs of life.

But deep beneath the ruins of Muscle Tower, a sprawling underground base had been built.

Throughout the base, personnel bustled about, all wearing the signature red ribbon armbands.

This was the secret base of the Red Ribbon Army.

Founded by the heir of the forr supre commander, the current leader, Magenta.

Inside a luxurious office, a man with slicked-back black hair sat calmly behind a desk.

He had a thin mustache and wore a maroon suit.

This was Magenta, the supre leader of the Red Ribbon Army.

While he sat tall and straight, his short legs dangled off the chair, swinging back and forth.

At the mont, he was reviewing docunts on his computer, his expression serious.

"This world… will finally belong to us again."

A cold smile crept across Magenta's lips, his eyes gleaming with confidence and ambition.

"Sir! Your coffee is ready!"

A knock ca from the office door.

"Co in."

The door opened, and a man with spiky rooster-like hair and glasses walked in.

He was tall and slender, wearing a bright red suit and matching red loafers.

"Carmine, how many tis have I told you, I don't like coffee. Bring tea!" Magenta gave him an impatient glance.

"Sir, you've forgotten, haven't you?" Carmine shrugged and set the coffee on the desk with a calm face. "We traded away all our tea stocks for snacks."

Magenta frowned. "Fine. Once Cell Max is completed and we conquer the world, we'll have whatever we want!"

A dangerous glint flashed in his eyes. "If it weren't for Bulma's gang from Capsule Corp raiding Dr. Gero's secret lab, our Red Ribbon Army would've long since ruled this world with Cell as our ultimate weapon."

Magenta took a sip of coffee, his expression darkening.

What he couldn't figure out was why Bulma's group, after taking Cell, had made no moves at all.

They had the ultimate biological weapon. They could've easily made the world kneel to them.

He refused to believe that the heiress of Capsule Corp had no ambition.

Could it be that she still hadn't managed to control Cell?

"Bring Dr. Hedo to ," Magenta ordered as he stepped down from his chair.

"One mont," Carmine replied, pulling a remote control from the inside pocket of his suit and pressing it twice.

Then he silently moved to the side, glancing briefly at a wisp of hair floating past the desk.

Magenta stepped out from behind the desk and walked to the floor-to-ceiling window.

Climbing onto a small step stool, he overlooked the entire underground base.

The base was massive and fully equipped.

Rows of fighter jets, chas, tanks, and other military vehicles lined the hangars.

His gaze finally settled on a massive spherical incubation chamber.

Inside, a towering humanoid monster lay dormant.

Its body was encased in a hardened exoskeleton, covered in dark green spots.

The shell outlined its muscular fra with almost perfect symtry.

Two sharp wings protruded from its back, and its long tail ended in a hamr-like shape.

The monster's eyes remained tightly shut, as if in deep slumber.

"What a perfect creation," Magenta murmured, his voice filled with reverence.
