Gran looked over. "What is it?"
"Where are you going?"
"To continue collecting the Super Dragon Balls."
Chronoa rolled her eyes. "And what about learning space-ti power?"
"That's important too, but collecting the Super Dragon Balls matters a lot to —"
Before he could finish, Chronoa waved her small hand. A projection appeared midair.
"Looks like Beerus and the others have already gone to help you gather the Super Dragon Balls. So there's no need to rush back. You should focus on comprehending space-ti power first."
The scene showed the aftermath of Gran killing Quitela.
Gran watched quietly. Only now did he realize that the Grand Priest had descended afterward—and had even restored the three universes he destroyed.
Just as Chronoa said, Beerus and Whis had already begun collecting the Super Dragon Balls on his behalf.
"These two…"
A warm current flowed through Gran's chest. After a mont, he exhaled deeply.
"If Lord Beerus is helping , then there's really nothing urgent for to do back there. In that case… I'll trouble you, Supre Kai of Ti, to teach how to comprehend space-ti power."
"Don't worry. With your talent, you'll grasp it quickly."
Chronoa stared at him intently. When Gran learned Destruction Power, it had taken him only three days.
Although space-ti power was far more complex, with Gran's terrifying talent…
"Maybe 100 years… no, 10 years should be enough," she muttered inwardly.
Gran, of course, had no idea what she was thinking. If he did, he'd probably curse out loud.
After all, not long ago, he had trained for over 300 years inside the Hyperbolic Ti Chamber just for the Candidate God of Destruction lee—he had nearly trained himself into a lunatic.
Just as Beerus once said, life shouldn't be only about training. The Dragon Ball world was full of wonders, and he hadn't even properly enjoyed it yet.
The only reason he agreed now was because he assud learning space-ti power would be like Destruction Power—sothing he could grasp in just a few days.
"Alright then. I'll be in your care, Supre Kai of Ti."
"Follow ."
Chronoa turned and walked out of the archive vault.
Gran followed.
But the mont they stepped outside, they both froze.
Four figures were squatting by the corner of the entrance.
"???"
Chronoa blinked, and Gran raised an eyebrow.
It was the sa four from before—GT Goku's group.
They were crouched there like beggars waiting for handouts, which made the scene strangely comical.
"Aren't you supposed to be resting? What are you still doing here?" Chronoa asked.
"You're Gran, right?"
Goku suddenly rushed forward, completely ignoring her. He grabbed Gran by the shoulders, eyes shining with excitent.
"I see you're wearing a Ti Ring—you must be a Ti Patroller too!"
"..."
Gran's lips twitched. No matter the tiline, Kakarot was always this straightforward—no, this reckless.
"What do you want?" Gran asked, narrowing his eyes slightly.
"Well, since we're both Ti Patrollers, we should understand each other's strength. That way, we can cooperate better in future missions!"
Goku grinned. "So I want to challenge you."
Behind him, Vegeta and the others gave him a thumbs-up.
For once, this idiot had co up with a decent excuse.
"..."
Gran sighed internally. He knew this was coming.
But…
A faint smile curved his lips.
"Alright."
He was curious too—just how strong GT Goku had beco.
"Aweso!"
Goku bounced excitedly like a child, despite already being a grandfather. It made Gran want to laugh.
"Gran."
At that mont, Vegeta stepped forward, studying him intently.
"Can you tell … how you survived back then on that planet?"
"You guess."
Gran shrugged. Even if he explained, this GT version of Vegeta wouldn't know who Whis was.
After all, in the GT tiline, Beerus and Whis had never appeared.
"..."
Vegeta's expression stiffened. If you don't want to answer, just say so.
"Then tell this—how did you beco a god?"
"No."
"You—"
"What about ?"
Gran cracked his neck, a teasing glint in his eyes.
"You're asking all this just to figure out how strong I am, right? Fine—I'll give you the chance."
He crooked a finger at Trunks and Pan as well.
"You two—co at together."
The provocation was blatant.
Trunks and the others froze for a mont.
"Arrogant!"
Vegeta's veins bulged.
He might feel guilty for abandoning his forr subordinates—but this Gran was going too far.
"Grandpa, he's so full of himself!" Pan snapped.
"Dad, if he wants all of us at once, then let's see just how strong he really is!" Trunks said coldly.
The Saiyan blood in him boiled—he couldn't tolerate being provoked like this.
Even if the opponent might be terrifyingly powerful.
"Supre Kai of Ti, step aside," Vegeta said coldly.
"Got it!"
Chronoa quickly retreated far away. She could tell this was just a spar—no one should die.
"Don't think becoming a god makes you untouchable," Vegeta said, pointing his thumb at himself.
"I'll show you what the power of Super Vegeta really looks like!"
"Super Vegeta, huh… how interesting."
Gran couldn't help but laugh when he saw that familiar pose.
Vegeta didn't catch what he said—and didn't care.
The group split into two sides.
The air in front of the archive vault turned heavy.
Goku's group locked their eyes on Gran.
Gran looked back at them calmly.
According to the tiline, these guys had already gone through the Shadow Dragon Saga—the late stage of Dragon Ball.
Just how strong are you? Gran wondered.
A gentle breeze passed.
A single leaf drifted down from a nearby tree.
The instant it touched the ground—
Trunks and Pan launched their attack.
Whoosh!
Whoosh!
Two streaks of light tore through the air.
They appeared in front of and behind Gran simultaneously.
"Don't be so arrogant—take this!"
Pan leapt up and delivered a powerful kick straight toward Gran's head.
