Krillin turned to the Nakian, his voice laced with disbelief. "Piccolo, didn't you just say Gohan wasn't the type to fool around? Because it looks like he's doing exactly that."

Tien Shinhan tightened his grip, his eyes fixed on the unfolding disaster. "This is bad. Gohan is playing with his prey instead of finishing Cell off imdiately. We don't know what's coming next, but history shows that when a fighter gets arrogant, sothing catastrophic happens."

A wave of uneasy agreent swept through the viewers of the Wanjie Multiverse. In the world of martial arts and cosmic battles, overconfidence was a death sentence. The most glaring example was still fresh in everyone's minds: Vegeta. His pride had allowed Cell to achieve his Perfect Form. Now, despite Gohan possessing power that utterly eclipsed his opponent, he was walking the sa dangerous path.

Piccolo remained silent, his face burning with a mix of frustration and embarrassnt. He had staked his reputation on Gohan's discipline, yet the boy was currently mocking the most dangerous creature in the universe. Was it the Super Saiyan 2 transformation? Did that surge of raw, untad Ki warp Gohan's gentle soul into sothing more sadistic?

"Gohan, this is unacceptable!" Goku's voice rang out, directed at his son. "Look at what everyone is saying. You have to listen. You cannot afford to toy with him anymore!"

Piccolo, however, wasn't about to let Goku off the hook. "Goku, while the others have every right to scold him, you certainly don't. Are you forgetting who gave Cell a Senzu Bean? If you hadn't healed him, Gohan would have finished this already. You're the reason he even has the chance to fool around!"

Krillin nodded fervently. "He's right, Goku. If Gohan hadn't achieved Super Saiyan 2, your little 'gamble' would have ended us all."

Between Goku's reckless optimism and Vegeta's ego, the only person truly qualified to preach about efficiency was Future Trunks—the one man who understood that in a real fight, you kill the enemy before they can breathe.

Across the dinsions, audiences watched the screen with bated breath. Would Gohan's arrogance pass without consequence, or was the world about to pay the ultimate price?

The video surged forward.

Driven to the brink of insanity by Gohan's mockery, Cell's composure shattered. His body began to bloat, muscles expanding into a grotesque, hulking mass. His raw power skyrocketed, but his speed cratered. He had fallen into the sa trap as Trunks—sacrificing mobility for useless bulk.

Gohan danced around the slow, heavy strikes with effortless grace. Then, he countered. His first punch buried itself deep into Cell's midsection, forcing the monster to double over as he retched a foul, acidic liquid. Before Cell could recover, Gohan snapped an uppercut into his jaw, sending the titan crashing into the dirt.

Two punches. Just two "Super Iron Fists" from a child, and the ultimate lifeform was broken.

Cell's body began to convulse. His throat bulged unnaturally until, with a violent heave, he spat out a sli-covered figure. It was Android 18. Her fate was uncertain, but her presence outside of Cell ant one thing: he could no longer sustain his perfection. With a flash of light, the golden-winged terror devolved back into his hunched, Second Form.

"She's alive! Android 18 is alive!" Krillin shouted, his joy radiating through the chat.

Lapis (Android 17) looked on with a mix of relief and growing anxiety. "That's great for my sister... but what about ? Am I still stuck inside that freak? If he dies, do I die with him?"

Lazulí (Android 18) tried to offer a comforting word from the sidelines, though even she didn't know the answer. They wouldn't have to wait long to find out.

In the video, the Second Form Cell realized the end was near. He was a cornered rat, outclassed even in his strongest state. Desperate and spiteful, he began to inflate like a massive, organic balloon.

"I'm taking everyone with !" Cell shrieked. He was turning himself into a living bomb, a self-destruction sequence capable of vaporizing the entire Earth. He taunted Gohan, warning him that any physical contact would only trigger the explosion faster.

The countdown began. Ten seconds.

Gohan collapsed to his knees, his golden aura flickering as he pounded the earth in a fit of agonizing remorse. If he had only listened. If he hadn't let his Saiyan pride dictate the pace. Now, his father's world was seconds away from becoming stardust.

As Piccolo and the others watched in frozen horror, Goku stepped forward. He wasn't crying; he was smiling. It was a calm, resolute smile that told everyone he had found the only way out.

"I've got a plan," Goku whispered. "It's the only way to save the planet. Goodbye, everyone."

With two fingers to his forehead, Goku used Instant Transmission to appear directly in front of Gohan. He placed a hand on the swelling mass of Cell and looked back at his son one last ti.

"Gohan, you did great. Tell your mother I'm sorry... and take care of her for ."

Before Gohan could even reach out, Goku and Cell vanished.

They reappeared on King Kai's Planet. King Kai barely had ti to register the apocalypse sitting in his front yard before Cell reached critical mass. A blinding flash of white light consud everything. In an instant, Goku, King Kai, and the entire planetoid were erased from existence.

Back on Earth, the heavy pressure of Goku's Ki vanished. The silence that followed was deafening. Gohan let out a harrowing scream, his voice echoing toward the heavens, fueled by a grief that no transformation could soothe.

In the multiverse, Akira watched the screen with a tactical eye, noting how a single lapse in judgnt turned a total victory into a tragedy.

"This is the price," Vice Admiral Garp comnted solemnly. "Vegeta's price was his pride and a broken body. Gohan's price... was his father's life."

The lesson resonated across the stars. From the pirates of the Grand Line to the cultivators of the primordial lands, the ssage was clear: Never play with your enemy. Victory is only final when the opponent is dust.
